The venue is overall clean, the staff is excellent. The location is great and incredible and it is close enough to London for £124, all local sites a great base in Suffolk, and Selfridges and Oxford street.

Truly enjoyed my quite comfortable stay on one night on a theatre trip. I booked exceptionally clean and airy room with good bathroom. Location: the hotel was adjacent to Oxford Street and Marble Arch Underground Station and Hyde Park. Besides, the property was 3 km away from Buckingham Palace.

This was a fab location close to supermarkets and restaurants, the Underground, and Oxford Street, and Marble Arch tube station. The food was fantastic - I appreciated it.

Overall it was a very very good stay of 5 nights. The rooms were all neat and airy with coMfortable bathroom, single beds plus huge shower. Everybody was really helpful. The location was UNBEATABLE, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a Hyde park. You could walk to a supermarket and shops.

Excellent and helpful staff who were always there to help. I had neat room with single beds. The food was incredible and there were a wide range of dishes in the menu.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was weak.

Everything was nice - very central location and amazing service. The room was good-sized with good sized bathroom and huge shower, I felt comfortable there. The staff was accommodating, pleasant with every request;)))

hotel's position just a walk down to all places we wanted to see, like hyde park. we could have lunch in donostia restaurant set within 300 feet.

Welcome base for a trip in London! It is very close to the airport.
