I spent an extra special time here, would definitely recommend to anyone. The hotel was lovely cosy and gorgeous, the decorations were delightful. The room was well-equipped with comfy bed, I stayed here for 1 night. The property was located in an exceptionally nice place, close to the train station.

Gorgeous breakfast, a huge variety of options available. Marvellous and lovely location - steps away from Saint Mary's Cathedral.

The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, opposite Carshalton pond with easy access to a market and shops.

The restaurant food is fab, and the breakfast offered is exceptionally good and tasty with toast and the food served fresh, for example. Its location is particularly good and beautiful, a short walk from Well Court.

Had a truly memorable stay on a weekend & would stay here again. Everything was great, fabulous staff, exceptionally good views of the Lake. The continental breakfast was sensational, reasonably priced. The room was adequate and exceptionally comfortable and featured a hair dryer and an iron. The hotel had a central setting to buses as well as the train station which is also close by. Also, it was within 20 minutes walking distance from Victoria and Albert Museum.

Make sure you stay in the suite with a big bed.

It was as expected, had a really nice stay on a weekend. The breakfast was savoury and tasty, the check in was easy.

Particularly good location in the Carshalton Area, good for visiting Carshalton. Based really close to public areas, restuarants, charity shops and parks and picturesque lake and church.

Adequate and amazingly comfortable room and particularly good bathroom with shower facilities and a hairdryer.

The provided service was friendly. The breakfast was reasonably good with free WiFi, good quality ingredients plus toast, and had all you need.

The room we had was well-equipped with a great sized bed. The venue's position was central. The staff was attentive, flexible, and everything was really good.

I had spotless room with a view. The staff were exceptional and incredibly welcoming day and night. The service was high quality and the food was brilliant. Got complimentary ironing, that was nice of them. The location was stunning, the breakfast was lovely and tasty. The property was very close to Carshalton downtown.

I stayed in the room that was meant windows had to be kept shut and available with huge bed. Its magnificent, central location was a plus.

It's an immaculately clean and perfect hotel with brand-new rooms and attentive staff. Plus, the location is perfect and nice, minutes from a friendly museum. Close to a train station, you can easily travel around Carshalton.

Its location just next door to a friendly museum was great and beautiful. And the area was nice enough, next to that's actually a plus, Carshalton, opposite the pond and surrounding nature area and Carshalton pond.

Every time we stay in Carshalton, like to stay here. The units are modern, airy with a view.

Everything was good, the parking was onsite, the room was spotless and stylish. We ate in the very nice restaurant for Christmas menu which was reasonably priced. The service was welcoming, totally satisfied. Had no problem using their convenient parking, the internet was free.

Thoroughly enjoyed this nice stay for my business trip. Its location was central, next to a friendly museum. The hotel itself was in a nice quiet area, very close to picturesque lake, nice cozy pub, and the New forest.

The hotel had indeed a marvellous and peaceful location in the greater London area. Moreover, its next to the ponds, the bars and restaurants like the Sun Inn and Carshalton train station. All the dishes where incredible, nevertheless you can visit nearby The Racehorse Pub. Our stay there was fabulous.

Loved the fact that I chose this pleasant and comfy hotel. The room was fabulous and luxurious with a view, I felt comfortable there. The bar was nice with kind and obliging staff. I had a fab time.

It's pleasant and delightful place to stay 3 km away from Beddington Park & The Grange. The hotel's location is PEACEFUL and the staff are obliging and enthusiastic. Need to remember that it's minutes away from downtown. The authentic bar is lovely.

We really enjoyed this pleasant hotel and had a really great time. The food was fabulous and there were plenty of dishes in the menu. The location was amazing, really close to London, the Carshalton ponds and the Greyhound. Carshalton district was definitely worth visiting.

Actually everything was brand-new, my next choice again in Carshalton. The location was incredible and pleasant, relatively close to Wilderness Island. What's more, it was close to the restaurant as well as bus stop nearby. The room was luxury and impressive and had a work desk, coffee and tea making facilities, and TV as pictured in advertising.

The location was marvellous, and we could reach Chapel by walking. The affable staff accommodated all the needs.

the accommodation had everything we needed for our trip, we really enjoyed comfort and staff. morning meal food was good. it is very close to the airport. we would still consider staying here again if visiting carshalton.
