Grantly Hotel

The room we had was cheap and recently renovated with 2 single beds, balcony plus bathroom. Layout and interior design were excellent.

Didn't like the area, it was bustling.

A nice size rooms with a safe, a hair dryer, and tea, coffee, etc. Perfect and convenient location - just next door to huge shopping centre West fields, mall & public transport, and main shopping centre.

The property was overall clean and newly decorated and the location was convenient. The room was good value for money and well-equipped with city views and employees were skilled.

My bed was not very comfortable.

Recently renovated hotel, skilled staff and very good service. Ideal, incredible location in London, adjacent to probably the best place to stay for a London experience, London where there was n't anything to dislike, and the Bus Station and Subway. Besides, easy to get to a large shopping centre.

It offers good sized rooms with the heater, great shower, for example.

Possibly the best and really good stay for what our visit was about. Perfect and nice setting in the very nice area, very close to Westfield Shopping centre also nearby, shepherds bush empire and shopping centre and Westfield shopping mall, cinema, friendly staff, great bars, probably the best place to stay for a London experience. Plus, close to Saint Mary's Cathedral.

Very good facilities and plentiful breakfast with toasts and croissants, for instance, reasonably priced.

Everything here was brand-new, and the weather was fine, thoroughly enjoyed it. The bedroom was convenient and cool. The breakfast was plentiful and with fresh cooked eggs, the staff was absolutely exceptional.

The location was good, close to city center. And we were near to buses and a Underground station, a huge shopping mall with all kinds of restaurants and restaurants and shops.

The location in a pretty nice area was super and brilliant. Also, it was at a moderate distance from a large shopping centre.

It is a lovely welcoming hotel with nice view onto the park. The room is recently renovated and cheap, the staff are amicable people at the reception desk. The location is very central. Goldhawk Road tube station is 500 metres from the property.

The setting was comfortable and the staff were very friendly people with the request.

Loved my very good stay for what our visit was about. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice: a shopping centre and a market were within walking distance. All of the staff was extremely helpful and very amiable.

This hotel was located in a very central area just off the Eventim Apollo, the tube 5 minute's walk to tube, and Very close to Notting Hill and buses to Piccadilly. The rooms where well-appointed and newly decorated with 2 single beds, felt like home.

The hotel was situated in the central location in the center of London. I liked the breakfast, it was plentiful and particularly nice. Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in London.

This place was perfect fit for our needs, can't recommend highly enough. The location was great and the staff were supper friendly. The airport was 25 km away.

Bustling area.

Extremely convenient place, cooperative staff at the reception desk. Incredible and fab location in a very convenient area right by the Westfield as well as centre of Shepherd's Bush. And near Church of st Simon.

Everything was perfect, we had pleasant 2 days here. It was in a particularly good and absolutely perfect location with a large shopping centre nearby. The restaurant was really nice and served excellent food.

Convenient location for London, adjacent to buses to Piccadilly are also down the road, Europe's largest shopping mall and Shepherd's Bush overground/ underground and bus station. The very efficient and fabulously helpful staff with great attitude to guests.

The location of the venue is comfortable, not far from the local shop and Westfield shopping centre, and supermarkets, pubs, pharmacies and a cinema. Hammersmith district is worth looking into. A standard quadruple room in the shared toilet has basic facilities you need.

Clean venue with particularly good and unbeatable location close to Shepard's Bush Market station. Good sized and newly renovated room with tea/coffee and a kettle, and exceptionally comfortable bed.

The hotel was located just off the trains and the enormous Westfield London, and a massive mall. The rooms were great value for money and brand-new, included a TV set and a kettle. The property's location was perfect and nice, on the tube. Moreover, there was a lake within 10 mins walk from the venue.

The place is homely and clean, everything is perfect, it should have higher than 3 star rating. The hotel rooms are great-sized with double bed.

The daily service was fantastic.

Well, it was a really really nice stay for business trip. The setting was unbeatable, adjacent to taxi, bus, Underground, Overground or national rail, usual tourist attractions with public transportation and two tube stations. Tried some nice meals at Pictures, located near the hotel.

The hotel is fairly clean and the rooms are good sized. The staff are outstandingly accommodating, and there is a friendly reception to relax in. The breakfast is plentiful with quality products, had fabulous food. This place is in a good location close to 3 tube stations. Thank you guys for the service!

The staff were pretty friendly and kept the place clean. The deluxe triple room I stayed in was newly renovated with en-suite beds. Liked the newly renovated decor!

Lift was missed.

Lovely welcoming very good budget hotel with caring staff members at the reception desk. Comfortable bed in triple room with Netflix and tea/coffee. Ideal location in very nice area, near to two tube stations and plenty of places to grab a coffee on the way to the tube, Shepherd's Bush metro station and public transport, restaurants, cafeterias and entertainment spots.

Staff is super and you can park your car on site. Make sure to get double room with a good temperature, the bedroom, as example. There is variety of brilliant food for breakfast.

The location was peaceful and easy for exploring this very nice area, right by shops, two diffent subways and under/over ground trains. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Hammersmith district. Liked the plentiful breakfast with different options.

Real good experience there. Pleasant hotel in an unbeatable position near an underground station. Location very close to the bus stop as well as buses. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Olympia Exhibition Centre.

Stayed here with my family members and everything was fine. I liked light rooms with three beds and the staff were attentive. A tube station was close to the venue.

Loved spending my time in this clean good budget hotel. The staff were accommodating and cooperative in case of questions. It was perfect, had an extremely comfy bed. The hotel was located in an exceptional place, near a tube station. Plus it was in a very convenient area. The breakfast was plentiful, the check in was early.

It was fairly clean and the staff were fantastic, beds were exceptionally comfortable. Nothing to complain about, the venue met requirements, would recommend it.

The location was brilliant, for example, The Village was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. The area was nice enough not far from shops, Westfield and lots of good eateries around.

There were central heating, an electronic key card and a TV in my standard quadruple room. I appreciated the beds, they were comfortable, and how efficient and hard-working the staff was. Its location was very central, close to Fitness First🙂

I had very good days staying at this budget hotel. Everything was perfect, exceptional staff, incredible location right by London and the tube station and the O2 and two diffent subways. Hammersmith district was worth visiting.

Dine nearby at Liz Cafe, which is 200 m away. It was a 3-star hotel in every way. It was easy to park onsite. Free Wi Fi was working perfectly...
