It was reasonably clean with welcoming customer service. The staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating.

We booked a standard studio with sofa in the photos and loved it.

Well, Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The hotel was in a fab location, to a nice park. We got deluxe queen studio and appreciated it. The staff were lovely and charming and assisted us greatly.

It has good facilities and magnificent and perfect location right near the center.

Hotel was newly renovated and reasonably priced and I thoroughly enjoyed the food there, it was fabulous! The food was reasonably priced. Close to an underground station, the location was stunning and incredible. It was a fabulous area, a super base for me.

The location is great and awesome, 15 minutes' walk to Trafalgar Square. 27 minutes drive to the airport, it is located near to the theatres. The breakfasts are delicious with variety of options.

Had an enjoyable stay on a lob vacation, everything was excellent. The staff was very friendly plus the location was perfect. This is a hotel go-to for London! Everything is great here. There is a microwave oven and an electric kettle. The location is stunning, the breakfast is delicious. Camellia's Tea House with coffee & goodies is 400 metres walk away. You can relax in cafés and restaurants nearby.

we spent 4 nights in standard queen studio. the bed was comfy, and we had plates and cutlery. it was in a central setting cheap in the capital.

Located really close to the british museum, the hotel had easy access to russell square. A bathtub in the bathroom was a plus.
