The superior king room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and well-kept with exceptionally comfy bed.

The staff we met were arrogant.

This accommodation was in the central location really close to public transport. Furthermore, it was not very far from National Football Museum.

The bedroom was excellent sized and well-designed. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The location very close to the center was magnificent.

Views were quite bad.

The triple room with twin beds as requested, facilities worked for us. The location stunning and excellent in a fabulous location easy to get to theatre land or tube.

Overall it was stylish, with a fully equipped bathroom. We got a heating system and a storage - good value. The hotel was set in a very central area close to the dominion theatre, and the theatre district. The staff was attentive, caring, and responded promptly to requests.

The bedroom was air conditioned and brand-new. Our hotel was in a magnificent and perfect location close to Holborn tube station. Besides, it was 3 km away from Saint Anne's Well.

Our triple room was budget with a pleasant view of the garden. The bathroom was spotless, with a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. The location was magnificent, staff were outstandingly accommodating.

The location in a very nice area was nice and ideal and there were shopping centres and a supermarket nearby. I really enjoyed delightful decor of the superior double room.

Incredible and magnificent location in London, not far from theatres, restaurants, coffee shops, museum, less then a 5 minute easy walk to Russell Square station for the tube and trains, museums, parks and other entertainment. Also, close to Covent Garden.

Had really good stay of our first night and the weather was very good. It offered us perfect and exceptionally nice location just next door to Russell Square Underground Station as well as two metro stations. It was nice for getting to a famous museum. Loved our stay in this hotel.

The hotel was in an excellent location really close to theatre district, museums and train station, British Museum, Soho, West End and tube and Russell Square tube station which is one stop down from kings cross.

Everything was simply fantastic. The location was brilliant, just a short walk away from a gay nightclub. The hotel was set in a safe area. I was upgraded to a carpeted superior double room. The staff were efficient and pleasant and the restaurant was good! The food at the continental breakfast was savoury:)))

I have stayed in the superior double room with an electric kettle, an individual safe and an iron. It has incredible and phenomenal location to see a famous museum. Also - very close to public transport and London and the theatre.
