It has amazingly efficient and easygoing staff who was keen to improve service. The hotel is on an excellent and absolutely perfect location close enough to all attractions clean, friendly staff and nice continental breakfast, Theatres, Covent Garden and Oxford Street and all transport. It's worth staying here and exploring Bloomsbury district.

Liked our stay, 100% recommend this place. The location was perfect and incredible, near British Museum and Oxford Street, London for that price and main attractions. We had a very very good breakfast with coffee or tea, for all tastes.

The rooms were great quality and newly decorated with a comfortable double bed, coffee plus the bedroom, that's all we needed.

Its location was unbeatable, just off the centre of London, especially the West End Theatre district as well as British Library.

Greatly enjoyed our room that was clean and recently refurbished and available with en-suite bathroom, shower, tea. The location in a good area was magnificent and beautiful and there were a market and all the main shops nearby.

The rooms were compact, air-conditioned, and had a storage and fresh sheets. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus. The hotel's position was good and fab, near center.

The hotel had nice location just off tube stations and buses, and grocery stores. Very attentive staff suggested restaurants. The room was tastefully decorated and offered a hair dryer and basin, so that guests had essentials.

The breakfast was very good, we were provided with pastries and separately dressed bowls.

Magnificent central location near to the theatre, the British Museum, and the Wallace Collections all within easy walking distance, oxford street and Soho, and Goodge st tube station.

The rooms here are air-conditioned and beautifully presented. The location is magnificent and beautiful, 2 km from Madame Tussauds London. We would have extended the stay, thanks a lot for a lovely stay.

Where was lift?.

The place was good value and extremely convenient, nothing to complain about, would recomand. We stayed 2 nights and it was a good fit. Hotel's location was unbeatable and incredible, to a cafe outside. Furthermore, we could get to Pollock's Toy Museum. The staff was excellent, empathetic, and everything was nice.

Fairly clean and gorgeous place, massive breakfast with variety of options. Affable staff who was keen to improve service, well-appointed and newly decorated room. Very impressed with a minibar and a storage available. Good food, magnificent location close to the top of Shaftsbury Avenue for theatres.

The hotel was not far from Euston and tube stations, shops, restaurants and transportation options and all the bloomsbury schools, tube, and buses thanks to its great and lovely location. I had reasonably priced room with double bed.

The location was perfect - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. It was about 20 km from the airport. Stayed in brand-new queen room with tinted glass, the single bed collapsed and air con.

Everything was good, but a few employees were very rude. The room was good-sized and recently refurbished and equipped with frosted window, pretty new bathroom, for example. The breakfast was included. It was in a very central setting close to the top of Shaftsbury Avenue for theatres. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Bloomsbury district. The service was friendly and the food was fine.

This hotel met needs well in every way, would recommend. Enjoyed every detail about our good 2 nights stay here. Its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Saint Pancras was marvellous and fab. The very relaxing area was good for celebrating birthday. Cheap room, we had king room, with an ironing set, tea/coffee making equipment and a work desk.

The location of the property was marvellous and incredible, in the centre of London. The rooms were new-fashioned and cheap and the staff were ACCOMMODATING.

I got upgraded to a neat and modest room. It was neat, included a very comfy bed plus climate control, an iron and a work desk. The location of the hotel was marvellous and decent - not too far from The Place. The staff was amicable and accommodating and gave some great recommendations.
