Spent my time lovely here, I greatly enjoyed the place. The room was newly renovated and good-sized with a great Harry Potter feel, had a good night's sleep. The daily breakfast was wonderful and delicious with organic jams. Exceptional service was provided.

The service is really great, includes free parking. The rooms are well-appointed and brand-new for harry potter fans, so that guests have essentials. The food is delightful.

Sensational breakfast, overall clean hotel, quiet and perfect location in a quiet neighbourhood. Fully furnished, themed rooms with air conditioning and Netflix.

The queen room I stayed in was compact with a walk in shower. The room had a storage, Wi-Fi, and Netflix plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

The hotel itself was unique and fairly clean and the staff were caring, it had beautiful location to mainline trains.

Stunning location in the nice quiet area, close to sightseeing as well as the coach. Besides, very convenient to Saint Mary's Cathedral. Well furnished rooms and hypoallergenic pillows. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom.

Unique, fairly clean hotel with fantastic friendly staff and a downstairs bar. Fab food selection on full English breakfast. Climate control and Netflix available in the double room.

The hotel was charming little and modern in general, had affable staff from reception to porter. The room was good-sized, breakfast was wonderful. The location was good, if you need to be close to a palace and a theatre.

Our experience here was nice. We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 2 nights, however everything was very good. The room was recently decorated and compact for all harry potter fans, enjoyed it. The service was all in all good.

The staff were supportive and super, and the atmosphere was perfect, mainly due to the staff. Wi-Fi was great and the service was fantastic.

Sincerely, it was a really really nice stay over in town. Our rooms were newly renovated and good-sized for hanging clothing or drawers to lay down clothes. The location of the hotel was amazing, by green areas. Moreover, it was near Victoria.

This accommodation was in the very central location near the Victoria station. Besides, it was near the ministry as well as city centre and surrounds. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, the food was fresh.

The room was really well appointed and very well decorated, appreciated the beautifully decorated bathroom it had.

It was fairly clean with delightful and brilliant staff from reception to porter. The rooms were cool and warm, the food was freshly made. The venue was in a very central location next to Heathrow airport, the London TUBE, Trains and buses and Victoria Station and bus stations.

The location was quiet and unbeatable, for example, Victoria was within a close distance from the hotel.

It was a stylish place, had incredibly welcoming and particularly pleasant staff like good service of the staff. Compact and recently decorated room with a walk-in shower was enjoyable.

The location was particularly good, to mainline trains with easy access to boutiques and a small convenience store. The breakfast was wonderful and incredible with yoghurt and lovely fresh ingredients, we really enjoyed everything. The staff were excellent friendly the whole time.

Chic hotel in a great location to Gatwick Airport, truly enjoyed this place. The rooms they offer were airy and compact with the bathroom, a lovely selection of complimentary teas plus a nice breakfast. The service was superb with a quick check-in. The whole experience was excellent.

Ideal property with pleasant staff and updated rooms. Quick check-in, great and handy location next to Victoria train and the theater showing Wicked. Besides, excellent for visiting Pimlico.

Came here for weekend, had fantastic 2 days overall. Its beautiful, central location was a plus. Moreover, it was 3 km from Oxford Street.

Ideal and nice location to the major tourists attractions, the hotel is very close to the train station. Westminster Borough district deserves to be explored. The room is updated and compact, the staff are pleasant people from reception to porter.

Got decent and great triple room on the main level as expected, greatly enjoyed it.

The restaurant was particularly good with the continental breakfast here, I had creative dishes. A bath was beautifully decorated and everything was very good.

I had a queen room and it was airy with breakfast included. All the staff was welcoming and accommodating, solved my issues.

Very good service, although a few employees were busy. The room was neat and immaculate, the decor was very stylish.

Our room was themed and fully furnished, included with a full size bed, bath, for instance. The hotel's location was central, in the centre. The breakfast was delicious, the check in was easy. Everything was very good, yet a few employees were quirky.

The venue was set in the very central position short walk to the local pub and the library, the theater showing Wicked, and public areas. Besides, West End was 2 km away from the property. I had the triple room and it was accommodating.

Everything was perfect, had a nice stay for one night. The room was cheap, airy for tea daily. The breakfast was well priced with lovely fresh ingredients, liked it. We had early check-in on arrival. The location was magnificent and stunning, near London, Heathrow airport, and Victoria Station.

Clean place & consistently courteous staff from reception to porter. Booked a neat room with comfortable beds, a cupboard and chocolates. Marvellous and brilliant location to Buckingham Palace. Positioned in the really quiet area, really close to London, train and Big Ben.

unusual place all in all, has knowledgeable staff like good service of the staff. our room was recently refurbished and high-class, provided with chocolates, toiletries and all harry potter fans. there was enjoyable breakfasts with freshly pressed orange juice, lovely fresh ingredients, strawberries.

It was a chic building, the room was spotless and cheap for tea daily. The breakfast food was AMAZING and included cereals, fresh bread, pastries, fruit and yoghourt.

Fruit, pastries, bread, croissants and yoghourt were freshly made and overall there was plenty of food.

In overall, the place is upscale, has polite and accommodating staff like good service of the staff. The rooms are spotless and the full English breakfast offered has plenty of dishes. The downstairs bar is nice.

The location of the hotel was easy - not too far from Victoria. They gave us a classic queen room with fully packaged breakfast, claw footed tub, for instance.

It had pretty bad views.

The hotel is perfect and chic, it has consistently courteous staff like good service of the staff. The location is in a brilliant and easy spot in the centre. And it's nestled in an absolutely amazing building just next door to the Thames as well as the wine bar.

This was my excellent stay in town for a Harry Potter experience. The breakfast at the hotel was sensational with even good espresso. Could use their free parking. Shops and boutiques were right next door...
