Gem Strathmore Hotel

Never had a better trip before, everything was lovely. In general the staff were affable and competent. The bedroom was recently decorated and contemporary. The bar was perfect for breakfast. The hotel was in the very central setting to different tube stations. And also it was an easy walk to Manchester Town Hall.

Clean property with nice design, and good continental breakfast. Overall an enjoyable stay in 6 nights. All in all good and stunning setting close to Royal Albert Hall, Harrods, museums, Hyde Park and South Kensington station, and nearby public transport, restaurants, shops and museums. A 4-6 minute walking distance from Market Street and 500 metres from Chinatown.

Stylish unit with a cosy decor, incredibly nice staff who provided an excellent service. Efficient check-in, marvellous and lovely location adjacent to the museums and the lovely shoos and eateries and very close many tourist attractions.

Overall had perfect 10/10 stay for the holidays. The location was marvellous, very close to bars and restaurants. We were quite surprised at lots of bars and restaurants outside the hotel.

Great and lovely location in activity and lovely quiet area. Extremely close to a publicly owned art museum. Adequate breakfasts with omelets instead of eggs.

We had a lovely big bedroom. The hotel served the best continental breakfast we had. Unbeatable and nice location near so many attractions, all was very good.

Overall it was reasonably large and contemporary, with a functional bathroom.

Beautiful historical accommodation with amazing setting really close to tube station, Science museums which are a really short walk away, and all the attractions and shops. Cheap and neat units in dressing table.

Fashionable and compact hotel unit with balloons. Unbeatable, magnificent location in Kensington district near to the Royal Albert Hall, museums, many eateries and two underground stations, and London after coming off a flight from America and train services to northern England were stopped for the holidays.

Truly enjoyed our 1 night here. The breakfast was adequate with variety of items. The whole experience was really good.

Recently decorated quadruple room with a suitcase on wheels. Plenty of food at breakfast, such as tea and croissants.

The location was very central, really close to the Kensington Gardens and the Royal Albert Hall as well as national history museum. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Kensington district. The service was friendly, including an efficient check-in. Furthermore, the parking was nearby and convenient.

The location of the hotel was very central, really close to restaurants, Royal Albert Hall and all museums, the Natural History Museum and the tube and the tube and the museums. Plus it was max 25 mins walk to the lake.

They gave me a reasonably large and recently decorated room with a complementary bottle as well as tea. There was plenty of delightful meals.

We thoroughly enjoyed being there. Fairly priced place, had a good stay for the holidays. At the restaurant, the breakfast was adequate and good at £ 18 for continental. The staff was excellent, very attentive, and responded promptly to requests. The hotel had a very central location close to restaurants in Gloucester Road. What's more, it was close to the Tube at Gloucester Rd and Gloucester Road tube station and Hyde Park.

The units were lovely sized with 3 beds. Gloucester Road tube station is just about 200 metres away.

Marvellous and lovely location, at a walking distance from a scientifically spellbinding museum. And not far from the nearest tube station, the Gloucester Road tube, many restaurants, Boots and Waitrose and Paul patisserie and museums and surrounding restaurants. Fabulous food, fairly priced.

The vibe here was quiet. Very clean rooms complete with a heating system, a personal safe and flat-screen TV. Had nice dainties at Paul Gloucester, located 4-6 minutes walking distance the hotel. We loved staying in this superior place.

Very clean rooms, HELPFUL stuff, ideal location - liked it! Breakfast here costs 18 gbp per person per day.

nice views of the park. there were a grocery store and stores in front of the hotel. everyone was helpful. venue was within short walking distance to a bus stop.
