Kew Gardens Hotel

The accommodation was fairly clean, the room was a nice size. The staff members were skilled and fantastic friendly. There were a coffeemaker, a seating area, and ironing facilities in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. The location was magnificent and perfect, very close to Kew gardens, the garden was nice.

Fairly clean place with polite and courteous staff. The central location right at an underground station. Pleasant restaurant just a short stroll away from the hotel. Compact & neat room on the upper floors.

No lift at all.

Pleasant place to stay with fab location very close to the Kew Gardens underground station and outstanding food. Well priced, fully functional room with excellant bathroom, nice touches-robes, for instance.

The location was particularly good and the private parking was onsite. The breakfast selection was tasty and delightful with veggie options and every taste, for example.

We appreciated staying 5 nights here. Property was cool, with polite staff and excellent location close to Kew underground station. The breakfast food was superb and well-priced.

Expected that there would be elevator, but we didn't find it.

The amazing food was a good touch. Central location near to Richmond river walk, local shops, and perfect walking distance, lovely bars, restaurants, and shops in the vicinity, it was in a very pleasant area.

Absolutely perfect location in the very very nice area and it was a bonus to be near a bus station. My budget double room was great value and well-equipped on the upper floors. The staff was skilful and efficient, everything was fine.

Recommend it and we would stay here again. Pleasant and clean place offers savoury breakfast and excellent location near to the station. The rooms are fully functional and nicely equipped, have hypoallergenic pillows.

this was a marvellous and stunning location really close to underground station and the flight path for plane arriving at 6 o clock.

Brilliant location, relatively near an art museum. Found in a very nice part of the town. Airy and nicely decorated rooms with views of courtyard and with coffee and 2 windows.

Possibly the best and very relaxing stay for Kew Gardens visit. Pleasant and efficient staff with smiles. Quiet area, central location short walk to tube station, Q Verde, a quiet area. Again, walking distance to Waterlily House.

The location was incredible and brilliant, not too far from The Works. There was a pleasant restaurant within walking distance of the hotel.

The room was well-appointed with free bottled water, good amenities, books, had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was savoury and well. There was a really nice restaurant and competent and skilful staff...

All in all, I spent my time perfectly. If you walk 10 minutes, you'll find Kew Gardens subway station.

The hotel needs repairs.

Located in the nice area. Loved dainties at neighbourhood cafe yukari, it was a short way from the hotel. Moreover, we could park our car nearby. This venue is equal to 3 stars❤

The Tap on the Line is short way from the hotel. Breakfast was great, comfy bed. Location was wonderful, just 0.4 miles to old town. Property's close to main attractions like princess of wales conservatory.

Really close to twickenham stadium, 10 minutes' walk to richmond kew gardens train station. Coffee and tea in the bar. Placed within 15 minutes' car ride to London. Mortlake district won't disappoint you.
