The venue's position was central.

We were greeted by outstandingly accommodating, superfriendly staff. The location was incredible and magnificent, near to hammersmith go around to Greenwich, the ExCel exhibition and certain areas like bathroom and dust.

It's neat, homely hotel and the staff is outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice. The location is good and they have parking on-site. The nice restaurant for my evening meals is a nice plus.

All in all everything was great, had a such great stay for a quick business trip. The full English breakfast had variety of food. It was in a marvellous location with pleasant views over the rear. The hotel was set in a fairly nice area.

The breakfasts for diabetics. Functional & brand-new unit with a bath. Perfect, handy location in London, close enough to airport and dlr, the Emirates cable car and tubes, and the pub / restaurant.

Good service was provided here. New-fashioned units with a large bathroom, an ordinary bedroom, nice toilets, and the staff were superbly friendly. The location was good and perfect, so close to the royal borough of Newham, and perfect for the Excel center.

Everything is perfect here, had a lovely stay for a quick business trip. The units were good sized with a sofa. The breakfast is nice at reasonable prices, had great food.

Ideal hotel, overall clean, with absolutely excellent and extraordinarily friendly staff from the manager on down. Particularly nice breakfast for diabetics for all tastes. Incredible setting, not far from City Airport and ExCel, ExCel centre and DLR and a sea of Premier Hiltons. Besides, easy access to Saint Mary's Cathedral.

Marvellous setting in the lovely area, so close to the pub downstairs and the main tourist attractions. Besides, excellent for visiting Water of Leith Walkway.

Big hotel unit on the upper floors. Great location and clean facilities.

The restaurant here was large for my evening meals, we both ordered delicious dishes. And there was a magnificent view over the rear. The location was comfortable, just 5 min walk from an international convention centre.

The bed was very uncomfortable, that's sad thing.

Remote location, relatively near Ss Robin. Positioned in the very quite area, right by bar/restaurant.

The location was convenient for me, in the connected pub.

The hotel is fairly clean with an excellent design and lovely staff. I have stayed in the suite on the upper floors. The location is remote.

The restaurant was good for my evening meals, I tried tasty dishes. It had big beds and a great view of the rear. Really polite staff and the location was unbeatable and fantastic.

The beds were big and each good-sized room had coffee/tea making facilities, multi-channel television, and a study table. Its excellent, central location was a plus.

This accommodation had a remote setting easy to catch train to city centre.

The location was incredible and lovely, for example, an international convention centre was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. The area was atmospheric not far from the Docklands Light Railway, both London City Airport and the Excel and the Emirates cable car and tubes.

By and large, it was reasonable base for sightseeing in London, had much fun and met so very helpful staff from the manager on down. It had central location close to Prince Regent Dlr. Also, the area was very friendly.

We loved staying in this hotel! Well, it was a perfect stay for one night. The suite was immaculate, everything was great.

When we visit London, like staying here. Charming small place all in all, has kind staff at all times. It's compact and bathroom includes a bathtub.

The food was incredible - plenty of options. Everything was great, nonetheless a few employees were not so helpful. The location was magnificent, not too far from Royal Victoria Dock and Bridge. Besides, it was very close to the ExCel Exhibition Centre, the London Stadium, and Excel London.

Homely clean property, it has really good and extremely great staff from the manager on down. The rooms are airy and huge, and are complete with clean sheets, the sink in the bathroom, good space to work in. Every time we stay in London, like to stay here.
