We had fairly quiet and cosy room with an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron.

Liked the traditional-style building and big size room with direct access to the garden.

The staff was affable, went the extra mile to provide a very lovely stay. Everything was perfect as expected, nevertheless the bathroom was a bit small. The location of the hotel was marvellous, away from the main town centre. Didn't like when it was very hot outside, went to Kfc to relax and grab some food.

Their staff were very rude.

The staff is lovely friendly, makes sure that the place is clean. The location is marvellous, not too far away from The Baptist Church. 20 minutes drive to the airport, it is located close to airport.

Really enjoyed okay staff and location of the hotel. Queen room had heating, ironing facilities and a writing desk, everything worked for us. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like Dawat, set within 20 minutes walk or so.

We enjoyed this place. Satisfactory breakfast and the staff is accommodating. Very clean unit. Hayes district definitely deserves exploring.
