Perfect, low cost property. Nice location, good restaurant. The staff - very very helpful and efficient. One of the best English breakfasts with continental options and beans, for example.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

The room was tidy and what's more - included a shower, a hairdryer, and fresh towels. The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location really close to the railway and the underground, Paddington train station and metro underground and pubs, cafes and restaurants located in adjacent streets.

Quick check-in, marvellous location short walk to Train Station and underground, Hyde park and Paddington station, and several nice restaurant. Single room with a good breakfast.

Marvellous and incredible location, it's found minutes from a train station. Plus it's set in the nice area.

The rooms were cosy and functional, equipped with central heating, coffee/tea making machines, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. A bath in the clean bathroom was super awesome.

English breakfast was a nice touch. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a safe and an electronic key card. The location was great and incredible, close to the bus stop, its a plus.

I really enjoyed this cute little and pretty standard hotel. Every staff member was welcoming and very very nice. I booked warm queen room here with a sleazy toilet, comfortable beds, as for instance. Generally everything was great, even so the bathroom was extremely small. The location was wonderful and lovely, near to tube and train, Paddington station or the bus stop for the 24 hour service # 36 bus, and the railway.

We were moved to a guest room with a sleazy toilet and a good breakfast. The location was marvellous for London, close to fast food places, Oxford str and anywhere in the centre of London.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was weak.

It was an excellent and absolutely perfect location close to a train station. The jewel in the crown was very very helpful staff. Had a very lovely stay for the price, and would come here again.

I had the English breakfast with continental options. The location was particularly good and stunning, in the heart of London, in the very very nice area. In Rustom Restaurant, located nearby I had Indian meals.

Make sure you stay in the guest room with tv.

The breakfast had lots of options and milk, cereal, cakes, and cheese were outstanding. The location was incredible and wonderful, close to a train station, so it was really easy to travel around. Moreover, the area was very nice.

The location was central, right by London Heathrow as well as the centre of London. We greatly enjoyed the convenience of the suite on the first floors. The staff was amicable, always there to help.

The food was good - plenty of options. The location was particularly good, for example, a Hyde park was not too far away from the hotel.

I had a NICE stay in a long time. I liked this good basic hotel and stayed for 3 nights here. The English breakfast offered plenty of dishes. The rooms were warm, with central heating, coffee/tea making machines and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, exceptionally comfortable bed. The location was marvellous and top for walking around Bayswater. Area around had plenty of choice for meals and drinks, bars and restaurants.

The location was stunning, minutes from Duke of Wellington Statue. A train station was located near the venue. My suite had modern conveniences, including central heating, coffee/tea making machines and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

the location was incredible, just a short walk away from a hyde park. plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake. the room was neat and warm with a very comfy bed and a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets in the bathroom.
