Clean place with amiable and really friendly staff. Big size room and modern style bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, and fresh towels. Good sleep in a comfortable bed. Great and brilliant wheelchair accessible hotel location short walk to two cute pubs in the old Arsenal buildings and the train station at Woolwich Arsenal. Plus, just close to Saint Mary's Cathedral.

The hotel had a magnificent and absolutely perfect location to two cute pubs in the old Arsenal buildings. The stuff where friendly and very attentive too. I liked the room, the bed was very clean.

Affable people working here, absolutely amazing place. Location - prime, right by local shops and restaurants, supermarket and London. Situated only 1 km from landscaped gardens.

Everything was perfect, even so we stayed for 4 nights only. We loved the amazingly helpful staff and the exceptionally nice location. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Mercat Bar.

Easy walk to a railway station, the location was ideal and exceptionally nice, right opposite the train station at Woolwich Arsenal. Furthermore, it was not too far from Royal Arsenal.

The location was magnificent for walking around Robert Dundas. The staff were all helpful, amicable. The family room was airy, it had a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a sofa bed.

I took a family room with a sofa bed and nice windows plus a shower. Its location in London was great and brilliant, near shops and tube stations and the train station. Also, such main attraction as an urban oasis was 4 km from this hotel.

The room was new-fashioned and airy, offered an iron/ironing board, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. The location was marvellous and brilliant and close to a subway station. Woolwich district was worth staying in.

We really enjoyed it and didn't want to leave. Lovely and amazing hotel managed by polite people. The location was magnificent really close to the station.
