Thank you very much for a very good stay for 5 nights. It's impeccably clean with a central location easy to access from airport.

The room I booked was to be newly renovated so were clean and available with air conditioning, comfy bed, as for instance. The accommodation had a central location close to the museums.

Overall it was well-stocked and well-organised, with a fully equipped bathroom.

That breakfast was missing.

The rooms are new-fashioned and compact with 2 double beds, and the location is excellent in Hyde park. The employees are very excellent and affable. It offers good service. What's more, they have a private parking, which is important.

It was a marvellous location so close to with access to all the attractions as well as Lancaster Gate Underground Station.

The location was perfect and next to a park and a hill. The staff was genuinely helpful and patient at all levels.

Everything is very good here, had a pleasant stay on a business trip. The hotel has a magnificent location, to an underground station on the Central line. Plus, it's in Westminster Borough district, close to Close to Hyde Park as well as public transport & kensington gardens.

We had a pretty nice bedroom. There were an ironing set and a radiator provided. The hotel's location was magnificent and unbeatable, really close to Near Hyde Park, good restaurants and the tube and the Italian gardens and Hyde park.

The property was impeccably clean with genuinely helpful and patient staff. Freshly made variety at breakfast. Perfect location directly across from a pub and easy access to a shopping mall and a market.

Beds were a little hard.

Great value for money units with tissues and fresh sheets plus 2 double beds, especially helpful employees. A wonderful restaurant and an English bar available.

The property was lovely little and excellent value and we had a very very good stay. The position of the hotel was comfortable and ideal, to the NationalExpress bus stop on Bishop's bridge. The breakfast was hot for vegetarian and the food was lovely.

Reasonable price, considering that everything is modern. The units are new-fashioned, beautifully maintained. The location is particularly good and absolutely perfect and the staff are incredibly hospitable. The English bar is comfortable, liked this place.

They gave us modern family room with 3 beds. We liked wake-up service available. The hotel was in a marvellous and unbeatable position just next door to Hyde Park, the Tube and the Paddington Train Station, and convenience stores and nice cafes.

The location in a nice quiet area was good and there were a grocery shop and a market nearby. This very good budget hotel was 200 metres from the underground station. The personnel were lovely friendly and highly efficient.

The hotel room was spotless and cheap with opening windows, good aircon plus bathroom. The breakfast had lots of options and included coffee, toast, yoghourt, fruit, and eggs. The location was marvellous and fantastic for walking around Paddington.

The view from the family room was amazing. Amazing very central location near lancaster gate & Paddington underground Station, the metro and buses and Hyde Park and two important tube stations-Lancaster Gate and Paddington. Btw, went to the lake in the evening, it was 400 metres from the venue.

This lovely little and pretty standard hotel tempted us with pleasant views. The stuff were highly efficient, we had a very quick check in and a late check-out. Truly enjoyed being close to a subway station.

It was in a very central setting close to the railway station. Plus, it was very close to Paddington Station & Lancaster Gate Tube and Hyde Park, Science and Natural History Museum. They provided a great selection of fresh choices for breakfast that was included.

We really enjoyed this very good budget hotel. The employees were excellent and amicable and kept it all tidy. Marvellous location, it was just off Royal Albert Hall, Lancaster Gate tube, Hyde park and good pub across road and oxford street and tube.

This accommodation was in the very central location in a quiet area. Plus, it was adjacent to 2 subway stops, Lancaster Gate metro station and 15 minutes walking distance from Paddington Train station and Near Hyde Park.

Excellent and beautiful location, it was close to a tube station. There was a good restaurant, a mall and a market next door.

Thanks for the real good stay for 5 nights. It has a lively bar and genuinely helpful staff. The breakfast is complimentary for vegetarian and the location is magnificent. Nothing to complain about here, I totally recommend.

The rooms were compact and neat, had shower facilities, a hairdryer and bath sheets in the bathroom. It had very central location close to Boy David Memorial.

Wake-up service, available in my family room, was a nice bonus. The beds where comfortable and there were iron/ironing board, an electronic key card and tea/coffee making equipment.
