We had a spacious bedroom. We got a storage and a kettle - good value. Great location, it was very close to tube station, buses and Hyde Park and winter wonderland which was in walking distance.

The venue was in a central location very close to hyde park with tube station and bus stop outside, Lancaster Gate Underground Station and Hyde Park, and the beautiful Italian Garden in the park.

The staff was informative and very approachable, offered excellent services. King room was fantastic and huge had down pillows. My room included an electric kettle, fridges, and glassware.

Excellent food, good service and lovely view to Hyde park. Absolutely perfect central location, next to tube and bus and winter wonderland. Besides, easy to get to a national gallery. Spacious bedroom. A wide array of facilities like: a storage, a kettle, and a carpet. Smooth check-in and late check-out, extremely polite staff.

The facilities at this hotel are modern. The single room is unique with a bath and a heater plus a double bed.

The hotel was pleasant in general, had welcoming staff with the two receptionists. The breakfast was generous with burnt croissants and the food was brilliant. The location was great and fantastic there, central to a number of tourist spots. Besides, this property was located 4 km away from a historic water pump.

It had great location, just off London for Business, and sights within walking distance. Also, I was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Chinatown. The bedroom was unique and silent.

Good value for this area, had a very nice stay for our London visit. Hotel turned out to be clean and the breakfast option was generous. The staff was welcoming, really good all the time. The extra touches like coffee and porridge for breakfast, we enjoyed it.

It has to offer a generous breakfast with bagels. This property is in an unbeatable location, short walk to the tube. One of tourist spots - a royal museum - is not too far away from the hotel, liked that.

Had central location in a very accessible area. Plus, it was so close to the bus and tube station, Hyde Park and Oxford st and also knightsbridge, and a great time in London.

We got a room with a bathtub. A coffeemaker, refrigerators, and glassware were a nice touch. Had central location very close to Lancaster Gate station which was excellent. The service was great with a smooth check-in.

Our accommodation was set in a central location near to pond, Paddington, and the park plaza county hall. Moreover, Paddington was not too far from the place.

The weather was pleasant, had pleasant stay for 2 nights. The location in a very accessible area was incredible and there were supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. There was a good restaurant relatively close to the hotel.

It was surely a COMFORTABLE stay. We visited such places as kensington palace that were really close to the hotel. Wimbledon district was worth visiting.
