All in all - had a good 1 night stay. The double room with a view had all necessary amenities. The location was comfortable, met exceptional staff at the receptionist. And the area was very nice, just next door to Heathrow airport, and a quiet area.

The staff are pleasant and exceptional, managed the parking on site.

The units are cheap and tidy with a view. The location is marvellous and peaceful, near a bus stop.

As we remember, there was no receipt.

It was quite comfortable 8 days, will come back. The bedroom was incredibly comfortable and warm. The location was peaceful and marvellous - near a quiet area as well as a ferry.

Enjoyed our stay, had good 1 day overall. This was our 2nd stay, they offered double room with a view. It was neat as expected, and the staff were attentive people on shift.

An ironing set, an electronic key card, and a TV with satellite channels were available in my double room. I did not want to leave there and will come back.

When we visit Hayes, like staying here. It has peaceful and marvellous location right by London, and the airport. The place where you can eat not very far from the hotel is Madhu's.

Appreciated how quiet and absolutely fabulous the property was and its amiable staff at the receptionist. Generally everything was good, nonetheless the bathroom was way too small. Marvellous and lovely position was an added bonus. Also, a London Motor museum was 2 km away.

Distance to the airport was just 5 km.
