I was upgraded to an impeccably clean and compact room with good facilities. The whole staff was courteous and enthusiastic. The hotel location was marvellous to Earls Court tube.

There was lift to be added.

The location was great and incredible - within short walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Fast food restaurant Joe & the Juice was located 10 minutes walk away.

The room was good sized with a simple fridge, the shower and what was perfect for a nice stay. Central location was a plus. Plus it was minutes away from restaurants and eateries.

Well-appointed unit with a microwave oven and a stove. Comfortable bed, a fairly clean bathroom. Early check-in, excellent employees. Located in 5 minutes' walk from West Brompton tube station.

We didn't have time, so we also would book again. Really enjoyed the place, had a wonderful stay for business trip. It was in an amazing location minutes away from restaurants and eateries. The room was spotless and warm as requested. The bed was very comfy.

I booked it many times and recommend. The total stay was GOOD for business trip. The hotel's location was central, by the subway. What's more, it was near to the Earls' Court Tube station, eating places and tube and bus.

The location in a downtown area was marvellous and amazing and there were supermarkets and chemist's nearby. The place was near an underground station.

The staff was unwelcoming.
