Gorgeous and clean place, everything was good. The breakfast deal was delicious and wonderful with bottomless mimosas, made by Denisa and waffles. The service was exceptional, totally satisfied.

The location in a very quiet area was unbeatable and brilliant. The check in was very quick, the room was fairly quiet and luxurious with lovely extra touches, all the amenities, as example.

We thoroughly enjoyed the English breakfast - enjoyable! Booked an executive king room with an electric kettle, air conditioner, and an individual safe. The hotel was set in a central area very close to afternoon matinee / theatre, and theaters and museums.

I spent 1 night here and loved that. Generally, the place was simply stunning and had excellent staff from the waitstaff and bellman. The location was stunning, the room was nicely furnished. Besides, it was a 10-15 minute walk from a Protestant abbey. I ate at an elegant restaurant for your breakfast.

The restaurant was really nice for your breakfast, I tried fine dishes. The bed was comfortable, used a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The location was perfect and incredible, for example, a buzzing Theatre-district square was relatively close to the hotel. The very luxurious area was good for shopping.

I 100% recommend and would love to return. The rooms are well-appointed and well furnished with queen beds and the staff are patient. They have an electric kettle, air conditioning, and a personal safe.

The hotel was in a wonderful position close to theaters and museums, very smart shops and restaurants which are easily in walking distance and hill. Again, it was just a short walk away from Trafalgar Square.

Overall had very enjoyable stay for a business trip. Enjoyed the room with a very private feel, my bed was lovely. Excellent staff, gave a lot of tourist information. The hotel's location was incredible, close enough to the West End theatres, Covent Garden, Westminster Abbey, South bank, the best shops in St James and Trafalgar Square. After long day I visited Pukka Bar for a couple of drinks.

The hotel was in a perfect location very close to the Dukes London, the West End theatres and Piccadilly / Knightsbridge. Also, I visited The Mall Road.

We could easily get to trafalgar square and buckingham palace was so close to the hotel. The location was Amazing, with Boulestin nearby. People were efficient and ready to render an outstanding service. Our experience was great...
