Enjoyed every detail about my comfortable 1 night stay here. Overall rooms where spotless and had a multi-channel television, ironing facilities, and a study table. The marvellous and fab location was quite close to Saint Mary's Cathedral.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were chatty.

Functional room and plentiful breakfast to start the day. Breakfast with best scrambled eggs ever. The outstandingly accommodating and superbly friendly staff and their quick responses to my needs.

The bedroom was extremely spacious and tidy. The morning meal was sensational with best scrambled eggs. The hotel was set in a central area really close to nice beer garden, London city centre and Twickenham stadium which was a nice walk about a hour max. The staff was lovely, understanding, and responded promptly to requests.

The bathroom was not very clean.

The hotel had a central position close enough to a quite area near the rear of the property, the centre of beautiful Richmond and tube station. The staff were all lovely and understanding.

The hotel was suburban, spent my time lovely here. The rooms were a nice size and airy and the beds were comfortable. The location was ideal, near the river Thames! Plus, I was at a short distance from Heron Square.

That hotel was in a brilliant and lovely location, in a lovely area. The staffs were great and kind and the service was helpful. The suite I stayed in was fantastic and bright with king size bed.

Minute walk from a subway station, the location was amazing and wonderful, close to the train station. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Richmond Town district. The room was well decorated and with good facilities.

Excellent hotel, it was worth its 3 stars. There were tea/coffee making equipment, a work desk and television in the room, enjoyed that. Welcoming and kind staff plus the breakfast was sensational. The location was unbeatable, around 10-15 minutes walk from The Works.
