Fairly clean and nicely decorated place, savoury and traditional breakfast with a good choice of options. A good restaurant in the hotel.

The hotel is clean and reasonably large with an impressive design and incredibly polite and well-mannered staff members. Incredible particularly good location, to the restaurant on the lower ground.

The hotel had a great and decent position, very close to Holborn tube station. The staff was amiable and amicable, everything was really good.

Fairly clean accommodation, very good staff. Stayed in a fairly quiet and luxurious room with a beautiful bathroom. Marvellous English breakfast with omelette made on demand, truly enjoyed the food choices.

The location was marvellous and lovely and the services were spectacular. This hotel was set in a nice enough area. The restaurant was reasonably priced for breakfast, I tried hot dishes. Got exceptionally comfortable bed and good size bathroom.

Relaxing clean property, it has efficient and amazing friendly staff on shift. The location it offers is marvellous and decent, adjacent to a store nearby, the restaurant on the lower ground, and the shops, restaurants, bars and train station.

Their breakfast is not great, can be far better.

Magnificent, unbeatable location in London, just off the theatres of the west end, and the public areas and reception. Newly decorated room with roadside view, views of scaffolding from the window, very nice bathroom and free and traditional breakfast to start the day.

The hotel was fabulous and fairly clean with very good staff still on shift. Great and lovely location, it was not far from the nearest shops open early as well as Oxford Street.

There was bar missing.

I liked the room, it was well-appointed and included with the actual window as well as comfy bed. Very good service offered in this hotel. Took advantage of ironing, offered at no cost. Perfect location walk from a subway station, that was handy.

We had 3 fantastic days here, would recommend the place. Magnificent and perfect location, walk from an underground station, exactly where we wanted to be. Plus, The Cavern Club was just a short stroll away from the hotel. The room was extremely pleasant, newly decorated, it had climate control, coffee, and a storage. Wonderfully helpful and really efficient personnel with great service, everything was very good.

Overall a very enjoyable stay for a business trip. Traditional hotel in a very nice area so close to attractions and transportation and numerous bars. Good food served, nice hot breakfast.

Had very relaxing stay with over the top service. Liked the European-style building and our normal double and decent size room on the cupboard under the television. We had a storage, adequate storage, and a safe box. The hotel's position was great and decent, adjacent to Holborn tube and shopping district Oxford and Regent Street.

Extremely comfy place, it has attentive staff from check-in to check-out. The rooms here are well-maintained with a sofa bed. They offer a storage, a hair dryer, and an iron. The location is excellent, the check in is smooth.

Tbh, had a very nice stay for a business trip. Double room with a cupboard for a bedroom, the cupboard under the television, for instance was ready when we checked-in. This location was magnificent and fab, short walk to places to go, a tube station, a convenience shop, and a Superdrug, which was very handy for toiletries, and bars, cafes, museums, and restaurants. Furthermore, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from Covent Garden.

The twin room we stayed in were new-fashioned with luxurious amenities.

The room is functional and normal double with a single pull out chair. We like the great location - within walking distance of the train station.

Great and pleasant property with impeccable employees at Reception and Management. Bright and ample sized room, marvellous breakfast. A bathroom area, a storage, and super fast internet — very useful. Good views, fantastic location next to trucks loading laundry outside, and the Royal Opera House. Again, not far from a famous museum.

Smooth check-in, late check-out, functional room with the bathroom and the cupboard under the television plus an old style shower Curtain.

The room was normal double and decent sized and offered a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials. The continental breakfast that I ordered was CLASSIC with good coffee and omlettes, for instance. It had marvellous and decent location, close enough to the shops, restaurants, bars and train station, a tube station, and theatre, restaurants & bars.

It had very old beds, maybe it was bad luck.

Every visit to London we like to stay here. The property is enchanting, it has very good and really kind staff still on shift. Plus, the location is great and lovely, minutes from a famous museum. The lobby bar is lovely, truly enjoyed this place.

We stayed in king room with balcony. Hot and savoury breakfast, best ever had, with omlettes available and omelette. The location for London was perfect, just next door to the pub, the tube station and Euston and central London.

The area was quite poor.

Famous small hotel with great value, we had an excellent stay. We ate at a reasonably priced restaurant for breakfast. The service was good throughout our stay.

The location was perfect and a tube station was walk from the hotel. The breakfast was nice hot and savoury with omlettes and muesli and fresh fruit, you will not be disappointed.

Hopefully the room was quiet and luxurious with wine, air con, as example. This accommodation had a very central setting right in a construction zone. The best part were the very good staff.

We were in a marvellous and lovely location within a close distance from Covent Garden. The breakfast was outstanding and lovely with multiple options.

It was clean, and the people were highly courteous and incredibly polite. The location was good and decent for traveling around London, close enough to the Tower of London, an ageing leisure centre, and many fantastic London attractions.

The venue has fab location near subway station. And it's nestled in an extremely comfortable building really close to the main shopping area, with restaurants, supermarkets and pubs all nearby and Theatreland.

In overall, the place is nicely decorated, has exceptionally helpful and really efficient staff still on shift. The location is magnificent and perfect, not very far from Covent Garden. The area is good near to the British Museum which is on Great Russell Street, Covent Garden and tube, and 2 tube stations, major attractions and restaurants. The double room is brand-new, we also greatly enjoyed worth every penny views.

The staff was immensely pleasant, the room was new-fashioned, everything was nice. The restaurant here was reasonably priced for breakfast, we both ordered amazing dishes. This small hotel offered us excellent views and scenery. Very central location was a plus. Moreover, it was 1 km from Soho. The service was good with parking nearby.

Offers marvellous and easy location in a busy area. Visit Namaste Holborn for some desserts, especially when it's cold outside, my personal advice.

The property is relaxing and clean, offers savoury and traditional breakfasts. The room is air conditioned and neat.

The rooms of our place were recently refurbished with a window facing outside. Plus, we parked nearby. The location was marvellous, you can visit Holborn by walking.

The room was bright, compact and with balcony. The location of the hotel was handy, on the nice reception area. Didn't like when it was cold outside, went to Taco Bell to relax and grab some food.

Wi-Fi was very spotty also the bed of mine was very old.

Booked a room with great views, and the staff were efficient people with great customer service. The hotel's location was very central, to all major tourist spots.
