Beautifuly designed and extremely convenient place, caring staff at the reception desk. Well-appointed units with a wonderful view over the roof top. Comfy bed, fairly clean bathroom.

I had great experience and would return there. The breakfast was tasty and lovely at the usual rate, the food was lovely. The hotel was placed in the very central location very close to the train station as well as other London attractions. Also, National Football Museum was located only 1 km away, could easily get there.

My stay was nice by the service and attitude of staff in the roof-top bar. Everything was modern, nonetheless a few employees were unattentive. Very central location of this low cost hotel was a bonus. Also, St Johns Market was just a short distance away.

Views appeared to be not very good.

Stayed here on weekend and really enjoyed the king room we booked.

The location is very central. The hotel is set in a lovely area with views of the roof top.

The hotel was in a central location on top of the Tower of London & also Tower Bridge. Furthermore, it was not very far from a fantastic market.

The breakfast was delicious with perfectly cooked scrambled eggs and good bacon, for instance and superfriendly staff. The location was great in the peaceful area.

Its location relatively close to a neo-gothic library was stunning and brilliant. I was lucky there was a tube station very close to the hotel.

Had a very nice stay for 2 nights & will be back. It was clean with efficient staff. Central location of this family-friendly hotel was a bonus. Also, I was a 10-15 minute walking distance from The Cavern Club. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 km.

A king room with a decent view has basic facilities you need.

The hotel is on a marvellous and fab location adjacent to the nearest tube stop, 1 minute from the nearest train station, River Thames and nice restos around. The king room is soundproof and new-fashioned. It has tasty and particularly good breakfasts and obliging staff at the reception desk. If in London again would return here.

The beds were comfy and each well-appointed room had an air conditioner, a hair dryer, and a chair.

The location for London was great, next to restaurants and bars of choice as well as sightseeing and food. The meals in an attached restaurant were outstanding!

Even though the room was large and recently renovated it had not so good views. The bed was large with feather pillows. Our accommodation was set in a very central location next to London, transport links, and the tube station. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Tower Hill district.

Brilliant and marvellous location, it was very close to an underground station. I checked out a Town-class light cruiser, that was set not very far from the property.

Very good service within 15 km of the airport. Early check-in, easy check-out, exceptionally welcoming staff. Functional rooms with the 10th level and a shower, amazing location.

It was fine, had an exceptionally comfortable bed. The facilities were excellent too. The location was marvellous - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go.

The venue is placed in a central position very close to the tube station. Also, it's 4 km away from an iconic riverside observation wheel.

It had fab location with access to Old Billingsgate Market nearby...

Staff were excellent, room was well-maintained and soundproof. It was soundproof, beautifully maintained and with a handy fridge.

Worth its 4 stars. The staff was lovely and responsive to what we asked for. Moreover, Wi-Fi was available in the rooms. We greatly enjoyed its location not too far from tower hill subway station.

Location close to hms belfast and easy access to british museum. Our room looked out at Tower Hill which was a plus. Breakfast was great and available in the morning...

natural kitchen was set 5 minutes walk away. we loved location and rooms.
