Location: the hotel was not far from the tube and the supermarket and the tube. Every member of staff was helpful. I booked a king room with central heating, coffee/tea making machines and a dining area...

The location was particularly good there, in the middle of the city. Moreover, it's adjacent to the supermarket and the tube. I was upgraded to a nice room.
