Unique base for shopping with fabulous employees from their customer service. Fab, fantastic location near to the Central Line tube so Holland Park, Notting Hill Gate, and most tourist attractions. Attached restaurant with hot cuisine.

There was no spa.

Relaxing and fancy place with very good Wi-Fi and attached restaurant. Reasonably sized room with WiFi, a mini-bar, and coffee for a very comfortable stay. Good hot breakfast for every taste. Marvellous, comfortable location in Shepherds Bush district just off which appeared to have something for everyone and both Westfield and tube stations.

The breakfast is above average with both continental items and food after 10, as for instance, there’s an option for each taste.

We ate at an amazing restaurant for choice for restaurants. The location was marvellous: convenience stores and a local store were within walking distance.

In overall, the place is fancy, has extremely polite staff with friendly service and good service from staff.

In a hotel like this - bad smell is unacceptable.

Free breakfast and other services were attentive. The room was neat and soundproof, with an absolutely fabulous view to the park. The location in a central area was great and lovely.

The location of this hotel adjacent to three tube and the over ground station plus two shopping centres, a large park and central London was best possible and top. Moreover, it was near National Football Museum.

I must comment on its central location - it was peaceful. Shepherds Bush district is worth looking into.

The restaurant was really nice for breakfast here, I had appetising dishes. And it had an astonishing view across the park.

The location was particularly good, ok to park, in the very impressive area. Found time to see Church of st Simon, that's at a walking distance from the property. The room was reasonably sized and fashionable with a view, besides it had wake-up service, just in case.

The restaurant was fantastic with interesting food, we ordered hot dishes. The bedroom was tiny and had a lovely view over park. The location was marvellous and lovely: a shopping centre and a local supermarket where within walking distance.

Great location when travelling to London. Located in a very luxurious area, near an underground station. Extremely pleasant and good looking room with modern decor.

It was in the central location close to 3 rail stations. Plus, you could explore Church of st Simon.

Our king room was compact with windows looking to the internal yard as well as the bar. We thoroughly enjoyed their nice hot and free breakfast with full English options too and Chinese food.

This accommodation had a central setting to the shopping mall. The bed was very clean, the room was top-class and had an astonishing view.

Reasonably large and clean venue with a reasonable value and consistently courteous and pleasant staff. Neat and soundproof room and good-sized bathroom with a shower and razor. Great and beautiful location in lively area, near to a convenience store, Ladbroke Grove and Westfield shopping centre which had lots of dining options.

I ate at a very nice restaurant for breakfast. There was very clean bed, very friendly professional and well-trained staff on shift. The hotel was well presented and beautifully kept and in a central location. You could walk to a shopping mall and a large shopping mall.

The breakfast is hot and free, and the location is stunning close to bus & Tube. Its rooms are neat and compact with big beds.

I loved the minimalist-style building and my fashionable and compact room. I had an astonishing view. All the facilities were very nice. The hotel was in a handy and optimal location just next door to park and London. Besides, Earl's Court was 3 km away from the venue.
