Everything was good, I enjoyed my stay. The bedroom was well heated and en suite. It was convenient having an electric kettle, a storage, and a hair dryer. The good service and the attention to detail!

Had a brilliant stay for one max two nights, glad I've chosen it. Thanks to the reasonably good stuff everything was amazing, including plenty of good food. This accommodation was in the central location easy to get to other sights.

It was in an unbeatable and fantastic location, close to a train station.

Stayed here for 5 nights and appreciated my choice. The staff was reasonably good, kept everything perfectly clean and perfect. I stayed in the room that was cleaned daily with fresh towels and available on 4th floor-77. The location in a nice quiet area was comfortable and absolutely perfect. Being close to a tube station was a bonus. Food was fine and I have nothing but pleasant memories from this trip.

The room was budget and airy with a storage space, a small mini fridge, and Wi-Fi available. Everywhere there was impeccably clean.

Excellent location in London's Bayswater area where quite a lot of budget hotels are located with views onto the gardens below. Based short walk to the train station, metro and Hyde Park, shops and places to eat, and underground trains.

Thank you everyone for a such wonderful stay for our next London visit. We had a large bedroom. Loved comfortable decor, plus an electric kettle and a storage were at a high level. It had an excellent and wonderful location just off Paddington Station and buses and one of the main train stations.

The hotel was noticeable and overall clean, had pleasant views onto the gardens below. The location was stunning and a short walk to a garden and a park. This venue was set in a nice quiet area.

Close to the train station, the location was particularly good and amazing, close to most attractions. There was The Blackbird, located nearby, where we relaxed. Overall it was large and beautifully maintained, with a private bathroom.

No complains at all, wonderful stay of one night. The venue is overall clean, with stunning location really close to the underground and one of the main train stations and Paddington train station. A wide range of fine options for meal.

Convenient central location just next door to the metro station and many restaurants/pubs in walking distance, entire London, and bars, pubs, restaurants. The breakfast was particularly nice with cheese and ham, for instance, the staffing teams were knowledgeable and reasonably good.

The bathroom was very small.

Our location was perfect and comfortable, walk from the train station. Also, we visited Princes Street Gardens, which was 10 minutes walk from the property.

Our bed was too small.

I stayed in nicely refurbished room with a sizeable balcony, non functioning heater, as example as expected. The hotel was placed in the very central location to Kensington gardens.

There was no pressure.

Magnificent, lovely location in London, near Marylebone train stations, lovely pubs around and view on mini park and Right next to shops. For tea or coffee visit Bake & Cake nearby. Reasonably large rooms with comfy beds and wake-up service.

Stayed in well-appointed room with improvised furniture. We appreciated the convenient decor.

We expected there would be lift.

It made my trip to London a wonderful experience. There was incredibly nice breakfasts with ham and toast, as example. Incredibly nice staff did a great job.

Their staff were not always friendly.

My suite had an electric kettle and a storage. The bathroom was fairly clean, with a bath.

Grounds were kept overall clean, breakfast was very very good. The atmosphere created was family. Got the same suite with 8 or so tables booked online, loved that. Meals were good, and there was The Sawyers Arms Restaurant near the hotel.

Its location was fabulous central and handy, directly across from several local restaurants. Further, it was very close to Easy to walk to Hyde Park, Paddington train station, and shops and restos.

The breakfast was nice with ham and a very '' Brittish '' meal, and the staff were knowledgeable and reasonably good.

Some of the staff were abrupt.

The suite I got was included with a double bed spotless clean as well as 8 or so tables. There were an electric kettle and fridges in the room too.

Cheap & great-sized room, with an electric kettle and a storage. Comfortable bed, smooth check-in. Easy to get to, excellent and wonderful location close enough to the metro station and many restaurants/pubs in walking distance, Paddington underground and many restaurants, and all the trains going by. Also, close to transport. Such a lovely stay for one max two nights.

The location was particularly good and unbeatable, in lovely square very close to transport, in the nice quiet area. Westminster Borough district was worth staying in. Had a particularly nice breakfast with toast and the hot chocolate from the machine. We got a nicely refurbished room and good service.

The units are brand-new, decent size with a double bed spotless clean and nice bathroom. Staff is knowledgeable and reasonably good and you can park your car nearby.

Overall a noticeable budget hotel. Particularly good location in Westminster Borough district really close to Paddington train station, which is approx 5 minutes away as well as Hyde Park. Large room available with non functioning heater and great TV plus 8 or so tables. Fine food options. A kind of very good service.

Its location very close to Hyde Park Gardens was incredible and beautiful. A train station was close to the property. The staff were extremely friendly and amicable, with extra attention to the details.

The setting was quite brilliant and handy within easy reach of Paddington. The staff were pleasant up until the day we left.

We were given a suite on arrival, it was light. Location: the hotel was close to Hyde Park, restaurants and the metro station and many restaurants/pubs in walking distance.

the service at this low budget hotel was welcoming. it was in a brilliant location with paddington nearby. we liked staying 3 nights here.

The stay here was really comfortable for one max two nights. We found the staff welcoming. The location was HANDY, within walking distance of Church Street. The restaurant here was nice.

Sadly, there was no elevator.

All in all everything was perfect, had a very enjoyable stay of one night. I was upgraded to a neat room on a higher level. Extra facilities such as an electric kettle and fridges were really useful. The hotel had an incredible and handy position, by the Heatrow express.

The staff was polite plus the location was handy.

Unfortunately, there was no lift.

This property is 300 m from London Paddington tube station. Excellent overall experience😀😃

Breakfast was hearty and it was right by a subway station. To go to hyde park it will take you 10 min walking.
