I booked a room with a lovely bed, a storage, a lounge, and a kitchen area. The local staff were absolutely fantastic and fabulous.

My room was absolutely perfect and bright, well priced and with all basic amenities.

Everything was very convenient, awesome staff, marvellous location near several supermarkets as well as Pimlico tube station. Absolutely perfect room with lovely bed and a living room, a storage space, and a kitchen area.

The room was perfect and bright, comfortable facilities. A shower and toiletries were available there.

Overall it was absolutely perfect and bright, with a multiple bathroom. The meal served at the attached restaurant was perfect.

Greatly enjoyed the way our well-kept apartment with the latest gagets very good value was arranged. A living room and a dressing table were a nice touch.

The venue is spotlessly clean and reasonably spacious with caring and attentive staff members. Savoury and wonderful breakfasts, with juice and grill, for instance. Incredible location to explore London and great service. Plus, walking distance to St George's Square.

The venue is wonderful, it offers savoury breakfast and has magnificent location close enough to Pimlico tube station and Bus 24 up to-and-past Trafalgar Square. The staff are exceptional, managed the parking onsite. The rooms are compact and soundproof, have goose-down duvets.

Views are not so great.

Overall - absolutely brilliant and nice place with awesome staff on shift. Great to have an attached restaurant for breakfast.

It was located near a tube station. The staff were exceptional, with extra attention to the details.

Fascinating place, it was fairly clean and had very pleasant staff on shift. Our room was silent and modern, it had goose-down duvets. The location was excellent - just next door to which is central, the centre of London, and tube station and lots of shops/restaurants nearby. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Westminster Borough district.

I had fabulous days staying at this cheap hotel. The room was gorgeous and brilliant with amazing amenities. The location was central and a short walk to a gallery and a palace. And I was a short walk to eateries and pubs. I was here for 7 nights and ate at attached restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. A kettle, a toaster, and crockery were nice.

Stayed here for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our choice. The stuff where particularly helpful and always welcoming. Nicely decorated, perfect little room with sofa, everything was second to none.

An apartment with a lovely view over the listed garden, had requested this in advance.

Stay here and enjoy your London new year. Wonderful and unique place, it has useful staff at the reception desk. Compact and newly remodelled rooms complete with a fridge and at least 2 windows plus a dining table.

The pool was great, the staff was exceptional. The room was warm and having a safe box, iron/ironing board and a work desk in it was handy. Pleased it had a bath: D

The place was well priced. Had a perfectly pleasant stay for 5 nights, everything was second to none. The breakfast was savoury with numerous options available, and the staff was caring. Enjoyed the apartment I was given. The location was efficient and premier, for example, an art museum was just a short stroll away from the hotel. I ate in the tapas restaurant nearby. Minutes from an underground station, it was a real bonus.

I was there for 3 nights and ate at attached restaurant for breakfast. The view of a garden was lovely. Had opportunity to use ironing at no cost. The location was decent and premier, for example, Vauxhall Bridge was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. And the area was secure, just next door to Parliament / Westminster Abbey, central London and facilities and tube.

The location was magnificent for walking around Pimlico. The staff was attentive and caring in all services.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

The bed was comfy, the room was compact and airy with a bed. We had a good service, savoury and enjoyable breakfast.

It had excellent and handy location, right by London, and Piccadilly. Everybody was efficient.

Handy location, at a moderate distance from Westminster. Found in a residential area really close to Westminster, St James Park & Buckingham palace, London and Trafalgar Square.

The location was marvellous and stunning, you can visit St George's Square by walking. The staffs were attentive & efficient.

the room was outstanding for kids to play, i was happy about that. the location was super as it was a short walk to pubs and cafes. i randomly popped in vauxhall cafe serving some pastries, located relatively near the hotel, it was nice.

the a private garden is nice. the idea to include a microwave, a refrigerator and kitchenware in the studio apartment was nice. only 20 min walk to downtown. as a bonus it was around 4-6 minutes walk pimlico subway station.

The hotel is DELUXE, very clean. Property's maid was top! Liked how the deluxe apartment was arranged when we arrived. Breakfast costs gbp 15 per person per day, worth paying for.

Staying not far from tate britain and possibility to explore houses of parliament. Bed was comfy. Good services! The restaurant was good for breakfasts...

The hotel was situated really close to pimlico and also we could visit buckingham palace. Amazing location, sensible prices. Within a walking distance of The Gallery, where you can have lunch. 20 minutes by car from the airport.
