The units were brand-new and the staff were friendly efficient and hard-working people in touch with her manager. Everything here was really good, I will be back.

Thank you very much, I would like to stay longer, loved this hotel. Functional privately owned place, it has comfortable location adjacent to bars and shops, shops and restaurants and tube and town centre.

We had a spotless and compact room with a hair dryer, a kettle, and an iron. There was a beautiful bathroom.

A single room has basic facilities you need. There is a plenty of supplies like : tea, coffee and an iron.

The rooms here are functional and great-sized with breakfast.

Plenty of tasty options for meal. Local area, central location right by the centre of Hornchurch, bars and restaurants and underground and town.

Marvellous, comfortable location so close to Upminster, Dagenham and tube and town centre. Great bar area.

The weather was warm, had really nice stay for my business trip. I ate at a nice restaurant for dinner. It had a beautiful bathroom and a very comfy bed.

Close to a subway station, the location was comfortable and ideal, in the conservatory for a lovely breakfast. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake. The double room was functional with a first class breakfast.

Have stayed here many times and would definitely go back. Place was exceptionally clean and functional. Everyone was genuinely helpful and very amiable. There was a superb bar on site.

It was in the central location close to public transport. It was also just next door to a great pub as well as the grounds.

Very-very nice staff, provided information if needed. The location was particularly good and perfect for me as it was close to a great pub 50m from the tube, bars and restaurants and Hornchurch tube and Hornchurch shopping centre. Café Xich Lo located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Sincerely, it was a very good stay for my business trip. The staff members were genuinely helpful and attentive and suggested local places. My room was brand-new and pleasantly furnished. The position was excellent and incredibly comfortable, close to a subway station.

The professional staff helped us during visit. The location was central, PEACEFUL close to everything. Local fast food option Rumbles Fish Bar was 5 minutes walk away.

The hotel was very clean, it's a superior place to stay. 10 min walk to the heart of Hornchurch. We loved coffee, tea and coffee making facilities in the room...

Our room was comfortable and had 1 double bed. Moreover, we could use free WiFi. Location relatively near Hornchurch tube station.

The location was marvelous, with onyx restaurant and bar nearby, where we could eat. They actually had free Wi Fi.
