Fairly clean place & pretty and cheerful staff in their customer service. Great restaurants onsite.

My stay was relaxing for a short visit. The location offered was good really close to river and marina as well as good transport links. Besides, the hotel was 4 km away from Staines Moor Country Park.

A wonderful way to end my business trip. Exceptionally comfortable and absolutely fabulous accommodation with incredible setting close to shops and pubs in Surbiton, and all the shops and restaurants.

The venue is fairly clean, with marvellous location short walk to river and marina, Hampton Court Palace and Kingston Town Centre, and Surbiton. The employees are cheerful and brilliant. A lounge restaurant serves delicious food.

Tbh, had a fantastic stay for a short visit. The hotel's location was fantastic, not far from the river which is an added touch, areas to sit and Hampton Court and Kingston.

The room was great value and brand-new and we had a functioning air-conditioning and a balcony.

I loved the clean and immaculate room with the mini bar fridge, massive TV, for instance. The location was excellent - short walk to Hampton Court Palace and Kingston Town Centre, Hampton Court and Kingston, and the restaurant.

The location was fantastic easyish to get to with good transport links. Everything was good, nevertheless a few employees were very unhelpful. There was outstanding food, the staff was extremely polite and brilliantly friendly.

Everyone who works in the hotel is fine and kind. The rooms are fabulous and immaculate with air-conditioning. The breakfast offers lots of eggs, pastries, cheese and pudding.

Characterful base for a 1-night stay. The bed was comfortable and it was great having climate control, TV set and a writing desk.
