Excellent location, the staff were decent.

Everything was perfect during 1 day, really enjoyed its great and easy location short walk to fitness center. The double room we stayed in was cheap and airy on the ground level. The lobby restaurant offered excellant dishes, and the breakfast was delicious.

Nicely decorated units with nice touches.

The room was brand-new and the location excellent, in the Indian restaurant exceptional. The breakfast was large with infectious smiles and a good quality meal, for example, and the Irish bar was a plus.

Had really nice stay for holiday, the staff were more than adequate, location was easy in quite an isolated area. Irish bar was executive.

The location for West Drayton was marvellous and efficient, short walk to terminal 5 & 07.15 am, regular restaurants and airport. Also, a country park was 4 km away from the hotel. The continental breakfast was adequate, perfect to start our day.

Quite comfortable experience there. Exceptional staff, quick check-in and comfortable bar. A great selection of well presented options for meal. Terrific service overall and parking onsite. The pool area was good too.

Booked the hotel for its good and ideal location not far from the' ERIKI' Indian Restaurant again good service, the airport, and the correct terminal. Besides, a country park was 3 km away from the property.

Whole place was clean with pleasant views; great and efficient location to the local shops. I had a writing desk, a kettle, and a chair in the neat and cheap room. Well presented dishes served at the lobby restaurant.

Appreciated it, I didn't want to leave and I would recommend this hotel. Property was fantastic, with incredibly nice staff and brilliant location in the recreational areas. I was there for 1 night and ate at lobby restaurant for breakfast and room. The bedroom was actually great size.

I liked the brilliant food. Very attentive staff and everything was ideal. The location was absolutely perfect, just next door to Paris, the airport for a long flight, and pub onsite.

By and large, it was nice place for sightseeing in West Drayton, had much fun and met really good staff on the reception desk.

Greatly enjoyed my perfectly pleasant stay by my visit. My food for continental breakfast was outstanding and all the staff were exceptionally polite and knowledgeable. The location was efficient - right by the the leisure centre, the road network and the Crowne Plaza. I ate at the in-house restaurant near the hotel.

The venue is clean and big with very attentive staff members. The double room is tastefully decorated with soundproofing, comfortable bed plus the bedroom.

Perfect and clean place to stay in, it has very attentive and decent staff at the reception desk. The venue has magnificent setting in West Drayton district near to the restaurant, cinema and regular restaurants and clean comfortable.

Had very pleasant stay for 2 nights. We ate in the very nice restaurant for breakfast and room which was reasonably priced. The bed was comfy, used a coffeemaker, a kettle, and an iron.

The location in a particularly good area was particularly good and efficient and there were a market and shops nearby. Took a walk around city centre, located just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. The restaurant was large for breakfast and room here, I had excellent dishes.

The location of the hotel was central, really close to the airport and the Irish pub. The unit we got was neat and soundproof with iron, plenty of office space plus the bathroom.

All in all everything was very good, had a really really nice stay on my holidays. The breakfast was adequate with Chef prepared food with fine food. Our hotel was in a handy and efficient location by a taxi from T3.

Some people working there were very rude.

It offers reasonable prices. We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, including its good food and staff. 10 min walk to the heart of West Drayton. They serve breakfast for 17 GBP per person per day.

Good location and moderate prices. One could dine at restaurants such as The Plough 15 minutes away.
