Useful stuff from one member of staff to another, well decorated and lovely romantic rooms with a king size bed.

It was in a riverside location, close to a bus station. Plus, it was 15 minutes by car to Carlyle's House.

It has beautiful facilities and great location right on the river.

Exceptionally nice and perfect location to the nearest Underground, original style building. Large room, comfy bed and luxury bathroom. Freshly prepared breakfast for the start of the day with fruit and fresh options, for example.

Pretty standard hotel, it deserves its 4 stars. The food is fine. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful.

The bed seemed exceptionally comfortable and it was fairly clean all around. The location was marvellous, close to Plantation Wharf Pier. Moreover, it was not far from the river and transport.

My room was stunning thanks to the AMICABLE staff. It was in the riverside location good in both restaurants.

The hotel was clean with welcoming and accommodating staff, it was a chilled-out base for celebrating birthday. The location of the venue was fab - just a pleasant stroll away from In Town.
