Cranford Hotel

No reason to complain, I liked this place, can just recommend. Came here for 4 night stay, had a very pleasant experience. The staff were both extremely friendly and excellent.

The staff was very good and understanding, always on hand when needed. It was in a marvellous and brilliant location near the train station. There was a good restaurant not too far away from the hotel.

We had the double room which was warm. The bathroom was excellent, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The service offered was very good!

We greatly enjoyed the central location and how clean the place was kept. The staff were lively without being intrusive.

I stayed 1 night and would want to stay there again when visiting United Kingdom. Consistently courteous and helpful staff and the place was clean.

Everything was great, including courteous staff and excellent location in the train station. The functional and warm room with double bed. Private parking onsite provided.

I liked the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were helpful. The location of the hotel was central, close to the train station and the check in staff, and transport and shopping mall/centers. I checked out Grand Central Hall, that was set around 10-15 minutes walk from the property.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

The time I spent there was pleasant. This was my 2nd stay, they offered twin room with double bed. A work desk, multi-channel television, and a sitting area were great. The staff from start to finish were extremely friendly and active.

Stayed for 2 nights in this perfect and quiet place, greatly enjoyed that.

The location was comfortable and perfect for Ilford, just next door to restaurants as well as train station, mall, restaurants and all amenities.

Some of the staff were very rude.

The staff was consistently courteous and exceptionally nice providing the information. This accommodation had a central setting close to shops and cafes. Btw, it was within walking distance of a public park.

The venue's position was central. I have stayed here before and would stay here again.

We truly enjoyed the comforts of this affordable hotel. The location was convenient and perfect, adjacent to shopping centre and local shops as well as Ilford, in a secure area. Found time to see Redbridge's Town Hall, that's at a short distance from the property.

The hotel is ideal in general. There is variety of fine food for breakfast. The location it has close enough to the Central Line, and shops and cafes is nice. Redbridge is a district that deserves exploring.
