Had good, light room with going out, a double bed, for example. The staff was responsible and welcoming, took good care of everyone. The location was convenient and perfect, close to all sights, it's a plus.

The location is very central, just next door to Covent Garden, Leicester Square and theatres as well as the hippodrome casino. The atmosphere of the hotel is family.

Make sure you stay in the studio apartment with the view of the city. There is a refrigerator, a microwave oven, and a kettle - that's always a plus. The venue has nice location close to all sights.

My stay was very very good on both Friday and Saturday night. The location was stunning, near to center of leicester square, the theatre and the communal areas. Covent Garden district was worth exploring.

It was a great place for our real good stay. The idea to include a microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge in the family room was nice. The beds with hypoallergenic pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The staff were responsible, the location was marvellous and perfect. We appreciated this, haven't been in a better hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect and best possible - a 10-15 minute walk from Trafalgar Square. The place had a family atmosphere.

There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge in the compact room. I loved city view. It was in a perfect location a minute walk from West Street. The hotel was a great place for enjoying a secure area...
Didn't like the staff, some of them were a bit rude.
