Wonderful old place for one night and well-trained staff. Amazing pastries and fruit supplied. Perfect, easy location straight to the train station at Lewisham. Easy walk to Gay Village.

Pleasant place overall, it is fairly clean, location is great and lovely to far out of town centre. The cosy double room is updated with lovely large towels, a deep pile carpet plus garden view.

Well laid out and stocked units with barely enough space between the beds to place a hand and friendly efficient staff.

Well-maintained place all in all, has extremely helpful staff from receptionists to chambermaids. The hotel boasts very central location to the local shops. Plus, it's in London Borough of Bromley district, close to London, Beckenham & Bromley, the restaurant or the garden, and areas visited.

Tbh, had a very good stay for a short visit. It was fairly clean, everyone was caring and very amiable.

The location was peaceful and the private parking was onsite. The food was good, I appreciated pastries and fruit served in the morning.

Simply stunning and fairly clean place should have higher than 3 star rating, everything is modern. It is in a perfect and excellent location with patient staff on the reception desk. The outdoor restaurant is very clean, serves special dishes.

The staff is hard-working, the breakfast savoury, the location is ideal close to all public areas, the bus stop, and the maze of corridors and stairs. The view to the river is panoramic, the room is nicely decorated. A nice touch is also the hot beverages in the downstairs bar.

As for me, the location was peaceful and ideal, close to public transport, Victorian gardens that are a pure breathtaking pure delight, and London or London borough's. I stayed in the room that was kept very clean and available with clean bathroom, drinks, for example.

I was there for 2 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant for breakfast. I was met by competent and affable staff at the reception. Its location in Bromley was magnificent and easy, short walk to Biggin hill or London centre, and shops.

Well decorated and well-appointed rooms with good wifi and the location is easy. The hotel's position was handy, really close to the restaurant and Shop & cinema.

the restaurant was lovely for breakfast here, i had amazing dishes. its location just a short walk away from bromley methodist church was perfect.

We would recommend. We had a superior double room with central heating, a sitting area and a writing desk. 5 mins walk to the center. Btw, went to the lake in the evening, it was 600 ft from the venue. In the evening we visited Ragas, set short walk from the hotel❤

Every time in Bromley we stay in this hotel. We liked food and staff. The bed was comfortable, after a long drive.
