Particularly good and magnificent rooms, had a truly memorable stay on the Saturday before Christmas. Fine bed.

There were delightful, beautiful rooms with shower, a birthday cake plus bathroom.

Breakfast was marvellous, pleasant views, stunning location adjacent to the theatre and Admiralty Arch, Big Ben. Spotless and huge room, had a wonderful stay for better service and or a more comfortable stay.

The location is central. The room is quite and individual and with a dressing room and a lounge.

The hotel is gorgeous and in an amazing location in the Garden restaurant on another night. The outdoor bar offers delicious drinks.

This was my very nice stay on holiday. Reasonably large hotel with a nice pool and a brilliant location to many national landmarks. Westminster Borough district was worth visiting.

The room for the delightful cakes. The breakfast was marvellous, it offered fruit and pastries. The location was marvellous - ease of access to a Trafalgar Square art museum. The pool was heated and I had delicious drinks in the main bar.

The rooms are cosy and delightful with a king bed, everything is brand-new. The location is unbeatable and exceptional, 2 km from Buckingham Palace.

All the rooms are airy and immaculate with wonderful toiletries and the staff is caring. The breakfast with many healthy food options and pastries and Grill is marvellous and perfect for what is offered.

excellent place for a 3-night stay. the fact that it was around 4-6 minutes away by foot embankment subway station.

The staff was friendly and the food deliciuos! The downtown is within 5 minutes' walk. Besides, public parking was available.

Location was great and the staff was attentive. Crystal Moon Lounge is within a walking distance of the hotel. There were nice tourist destinations like the national gallery next to this venue...
