Excellent bedroom. Good-sized bathroom, very attentive and helpful staff on the reception desk.

The location was marvellous and stunning and the rooms were silent. The restaurant was great for breakfast, I tried warm dishes.

Everything was modern, including competent staff and ideal location in a lovely area with fantastic staff. Overall very special stay for 2 nights.

I had the guest room and it was brand-new.

Whole place was clean with beautiful views; peaceful and perfect location totally on top of everything. The staff was helpful and made us feel comfortable. Large bed and room was brand-new and well-appointed. We had good meals in the hotel; visited Eaton Square Bar based not far away.

Special and fairly clean place to stay in, it has very attentive and helpful staff on the reception desk. The setting is absolutely perfect and lovely, right by Harrods, Hyde Park, Belgravia shops and restaurants and Green Park and Harrods. There's cool Amt Coffee just a short walk away from the hotel, make desserts etc.

I really enjoyed peaceful and perfect location and how the place is clean. Having a work desk, a multi-channel TV, and a seating area in my brand-new and well-appointed room was really great. Plus it had a BEAUTIFUL view. The airport was 20 km away.

Well laid out unit with large bathroom, a large balcony, for example. Perfect location adjacent to touristic attraction, is convenient to go to major shopping areas and the garden, could not be better.

We were upgraded to queen room on check in. It was good-sized and had a mini fridge bar, air conditioner, and an individual safe.

I must comment on its central location - it was perfect. The Michelin-starred restaurant is very accommodating for breakfast.

Brand-new queen room with garden view.

We got a huge room with a luxurious bathroom. Central location was a plus. It was about 20 km from the airport.

It was in the central location on a beautiful neighborhood. Plus, it was just off major shopping areas, and Buckingham Palace.

The location was unbeatable and peaceful, within walking distance of Jo Loves Perfume Store. The staff were amicable and accommodating and the design was lovely:)))

Units with a good sized bathroom. Magnificent location to all events, huge and silent room. Just next door to Harrods.

By and large, it was intimate place with thoughtful staff on the reception desk. There were comfy beds and a mini-bar, central heating, iron and ironing board inside the room. The location was quiet, not very far from Charles X. The meals in a Michelin star rated restaurant were amazing!

The place has a relaxing atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed marble-lined bathroom and multi-channel television, a writing desk and ironing facilities in our suite. The hotel is perfectly situated for visiting London. The airport is 12 miles away.

it met the purpose and we would love to go back. spacious bathroom, great staff. serpentine is so close to the hotel. btw, we went to see the lake, it was 15 minutes walk from the property.
