Comfort Inn Victoria

It was a really comfortable stay for an otherwise great vacation, recommend this hotel. The bedroom was compact and new-fashioned. The staff was always available with our every need.

As for me, the location is unbeatable, close to underground. Furthermore, it's close to many tourist locations, tube and coach station, and close to transit. Family room is stocked, has a decent sized bathroom.

Newly renovated family-friendly hotel with excellent value, we had a very good stay. Caring, attentive staff, was always available. The room was nice cosy and well-equipped, the location was decent central.

It was surely a pleasant stay for 2 nights. The location was absolutely perfect, near the transports arriving at / departing from Victoria Station and tourist sites, the Thames, and great pubs nearby. Besides, I explored a vastly entertaining and educational museum relatively close to the hotel. The staff was always available and took care of requests.

Ideal and exceptionally nice location really close to with a shopping centre nearby as well as the theatre and underground, and good views. Besides, easy access to Liverpool Central Library. Very impressed with king room. Quiet bedroom provided, very pleasant experience, late check-out.

It has fantastic and fab location to all major subway lines, in a fairly quiet area. Westminster Borough district is worth seeing. The units were reasonably large and compact for quad beds.

Make sure you stay in the king room with the extra child's bed. Our hotel is set in a very central location adjacent to London landmarks/attractions, theatre and transport links and a shopping centre.

The location was ideal and perfectly comfortable, near to the tube and the interior design was modern. Plus, it had easy access to Sainsbury's.

We had the family room which was stocked and newly remodelled where the heating worked well. The staff was always available, they are easygoing people.

This hotel was nice with approaching staff with very helpful receptionist. The location was marvellous and fab there, very close to everything especially the apollo theatre which is where we were going.

Overall it was tidy and huge, with a private bathroom. The location was fab to Victoria train & tube stations, the staff was always available.

The rooms are nice cosy, stocked, and come with an air conditioner, a dressing table, and a safe.

The food was fine - a wide range of options. Liked our rooms for quad beds. This accommodation was in the central location in Westminster district.

It was in a marvellous location to V&A museum. We lived in the double room with the level -1, comfortable beds, for instance.

They had a continental breakfast that included croissants, toast, cereal, yoghourt and fruit. Had central location very close to everything especially the apollo theatre which is where we were going. It was also close to trains, Victoria bus station and general busses making travel easy all round, about a 20 minute walk to Buckingham palace and Hyde Park, Buckingham palace, tubes and bus station.

Exceptional service, although a few employees were kind of rude. The rooms were air conditioned and bright, and the bathroom was brilliant with a bathtub. I had the continental breakfast for the early risers.

The hotel was in a perfect and nice location right by Victoria underground, convenient pubs and restaurants, and the train stations and the coach stations. It also was to underground transport. The good service and shuttle to the airport far exceeded our expectations. Had opportunity to use ironing at no cost.

the hotel is within walking distance big ben and westminster cathedral. excellent location, very good value for money. taste the food in the brougham, you only need to walk 600 feet to reach it.
