I truly enjoyed the place, everything was good. Very nice and polite staff, provided information if needed. This was a marvellous and lovely location very close to Madame Tussaud's, London eye, tower bridge, public transport, and Paddington station and underground links. Also, Harmondsworth Moor was 5 km away.

Excellent and amazing location, 15 minutes' walk to Ladybower Reservoir. The room was new-fashioned and compact, the staff was very very helpful. Comfortable bed, a fairly clean bathroom.

The hotel had indeed a magnificent location within walking distance of Paddington station giving easy access to the underground. Moreover, it was 5 km from Derwent Edge Peak.

The room we had included an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron.

The rooms in good condition. Absolutely perfect location near to underground station and many bars and restaurants, Madame Tussaud's, London eye, tower bridge and London for one night.

Thoroughly enjoyed how little and absolutely brilliant the property was. The room was big for our needs, had a good night's sleep. Everywhere there was exceptionally clean. The staff were welcoming and pleasant whole time of our stay.

Marvellous and lovely location short walk to Paddington station and Kensington gardens, many major attractions and Kensington, I felt safe. The staff were very very nice and knew the area.

The room was tastefully decorated and nicely furnished and equipped with continental breakfast, a smaller bathroom than the space shuttle, for instance. The staff was excellent, they showed us what good service is supposed to be like. Its location was wonderful, so close to the underground stations, Paddington metro, and a local cafe.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and well furnished here with a smaller bathroom than the space shuttle, a great view, as example. All the staff members are amiable and excellent. The ambiance is quiet. Its location is magnificent & lovely, just next door to underground station and many bars and restaurants, public transport and Hyde Park Winter Wonderland. Also, we both liked a Hyde park, located not too far from the hotel.

I was given compact and functional room just how expected it to be with a smaller bathroom than the space shuttle, comfy beds, for instance. The location was excellent and incredible, just off Paddington station and Hyde park, London, and the airport. The staff were very very helpful lot of the time.

I booked quadruple room overlooking street. There was a clean bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, and fresh towels. The hotel was in a great and absolutely perfect location very close to Hyde Park and the Paddington station.

It was in a magnificent location near Sussex Gardens Open Space. I loved having a metro station within 15 minutes walk. The staff were both helpful and extremely friendly. The room was compact and new-fashioned, had smoke detectors for the safety.

The bathroom was too small.

Had the king room which was compact for our needs. The location was unbeatable, you can visit Paddington by walking. What's more, it was adjacent to Paddington station as well as excellent restaurants-clean and comfortable-very good value for money.
