Ideal and fairly clean place with very amiable and excellent staff. Decent size rooms, unbeatable central location. What a fine stay, no complaint.

Really enjoyed our single room with tea making facilities. The location was central and walk from a theatre and a palace.

We didn't have elevator.

It had an excellent and absolutely perfect location so close to theatre, and the Victoria Coach station. We saw Dean Private Gardens, that's within a close distance from the venue.

We didn't have breakfast.

The location is amazing, 1 km from Buckingham Palace.

I had 3 nights in London, spending the time here lovely. There were decent size and well heated rooms with tea making facilities.

The staffs were accommodating & amiable. The bedroom was well heated and compact.

The hotel was set in a very central area right by tourist sites, the jungle and transport such as Victoria Station and Bus depot. The staff were great and kind and were always there to help.

Good location just next door to the bus station and theatre, it's very central. You'll need 5 minutes to walk to Mercat Bar with nice drinks.

It had brand-new rooms and perfect and amazing location. I slept so comfy in the comfy bed.

We got budget and functional room with a shower, private bathroom, as example. Very close to the train station, the location was unbeatable and particularly good, to tourist sites such as Buckingham Palace etc.

We liked this good basic hotel. The staff were accommodating and the setting was particularly good. Plus it was in a perfect area.

It was great place for travelling to London, I was glad to stay there. The location was great, just off closest underground station Victoria, city centre, restaurants and train/ metro station and the stations and easily accessible.

The hotel's position was magnificent and absolutely perfect, really close to tourist attractions, the bus station and the Buckingham Palace, Tate Britain, Westminster.

We didn't like that there was breakfast missing.

The staff was excellent and helpful, always there to help. Truly enjoyed the room with tea making facilities, my bed was large. The setting was good, short walk to sightseeing in Westminster, Westminster Abbey, and the tourist attractions.

I got decent size and well heated room with WiFi, private bathroom, fresh towels as advertised.

The setting was particularly good and great, near Victoria Coach Station and Train Station, transport such as Victoria Station and Bus depot, and the center of Londen. And it's a 10-15 minute walk from Kazan Restaurant, ate there once or twice. Thoroughly enjoyed the room with private bathroom, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. Coffee, a hair dryer, and a kettle turned out to be good.

My favourite property in London. The place was fairly clean with public parking and an exceptionally comfortable bed. Magnificent and fantastic location, minutes from Victoria. Also, near everything London has to offer.

Planned to see London major attractions and it was reasonable base for visiting all of them. The local staff was excellent.

I had really lovely days staying at this budget hotel. I stayed here 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Had very central location located in the center close to tourist attractions.

The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were pleasant and incredible. The location was top and strategic, not too far from Jo Loves Perfume Store. Besides, it was short walk to the Train Station as well as Buckingham Palace.

The location couldn't be more fab in a very nice area. A few times I ate at Preto Victoria, located within walking distance of the hotel. My stay was very comfortable here.

Really enjoyed our time here. We had a great stay in this nice basic hotel.

It was a great hotel for a trip to London. The staff was welcoming and amicable, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Its location not too far from Victoria was fab and awesome.

Appreciated every detail about our LOVELY 3 nights stay here. All the staff were welcoming, pleasant. The location was unbeatable and fab, just a short walk away from a Protestant abbey. It also was within walking distance of attractions.

The suite was neat for a second duvet, so that guests had essentials. A shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets were very handy. Btw, they asked me to pay gbp 3 per 24 hours for Internet, that's typical.
