The location was incredible and stunning, between two tube lines-and 12 in the other. Besides, it was just off many museums-Victoria & Alberta, Science and Natural History, cafes and tube station direct from-and-to Heathrow Airport.

I had a well heated and bright room complete with a private safe, central heating, and an iron. The bathroom had a bidet, which was great.

We loved being here. It was fairly clean, everyone was excellent. The location was amazing and the private parking was onsite.

The room was absolutely fabulous and bright, featured a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and satellite TV. The bed was soft with hypoallergenic pillows. The staff were welcoming, the location was unbeatable and super.

My room included a kettle, a tea and a kettle, and blackout curtains. I truly enjoyed sleeping on an exceptionally comfortable bed. The hotel's position was wonderful, in a very quiet area.

Beds were not very comfortable.

The location was MAGNIFICENT and unbeatable, right by subway station right at Harrods as well as Harrods, Hyde Park and Knightsbridge tube station. Also, we visited a British department store, located at a moderate distance from the hotel, was an unplanned pleasure.

We have booked executive apartment with up-to-date high quality magazines for 22 nights. There were a microwave oven, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker too.

Recommend the place, I didn't feel like leaving. Everything is modern, loved my time here. Stunning location in a very quiet area, you can walk everywhere. The bets part that it's not far from shops, supermarket, restaurants, tube station direct from-and-to Heathrow Airport as well as all shops and restaurant. thanks for a good stay. it's a very clean and perfect hotel. superior apartment had everything we needed. amicable staff (as always). in addition, we paid £3 per hour for internet. serpentine is really close to the property.

The area contains some restaurants like Pizza Express within 10 minutes' walk. The hotel was a few steps away from oxford street. A kitchen was ok for us.

Location - within walking distance of science museum. Stuff was helpful...
