City Prime Kensington

The hotel was in an excellent location near tube stations, and the tube from Heathrow for what we wanted it for. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Kensington district.

I booked an outstanding room with a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and TV, it was reasonably spacious too. The accommodation had a very central location between two metro stations.

The staff we met was attentive and thoughtful. New-fashioned and beautiful unit for 1 bedroom, we appreciated it.

Booked apartment, that was provided with 2x Sofa beds, great shower, for example. It was a marvellous and pleasant location adjacent to Earl's Court and Gloucester Road tube stations, London Heathrow and two different subway lines.

The room was new-fashioned with a good bed and with 2x sofa beds. There were a multi-channel TV, a dining area, and a seating area, which was great.

Great staff, they smile all the time. Its rooms are exceptionally nice with 1 bedroom, great shower, heating as advertised. The decoration is very modern.

The bedroom was super and excellant. Liked kitchen. Location - it was marvellous and lovely, an underground station was very close to the hotel.

I was happy with hotel's brilliant location close to most museums. The staff were all good, kind. The apartment I was given was complete with great shower and all windows looking out onto brick walls.

I liked staying in this 5 star hotel. The check in was early, the staff was lovely and good. The room was excellent with bathroom as well as 4 single beds and safety measures included smoke detectors.

My bed was quite small, unfortunately.

Kind and great staff, gave a lot of tourist information. It was in the very central location on the tube from Heathrow. Moreover, it was near famous museums such as the Natural History and the Science Museum as well as two stations which connect to multiple lines.

The location was marvellous for traveling around London, short walk to a big supermarket, public transport, restaurants, supermarkets and attractions and less than 20 minutes.

My sister and I greatly enjoyed being there. The personal was lovely and good. The unit I got was excellent with complimentary toiletries, a really nice bathroom and great shower. The location of the hotel was marvellous and brilliant - just a short stroll away from a Dinosaurs gallery. There was plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from.

All in all everything was nice, had a perfect stay for 4 nights. I greatly enjoyed having 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed in the room, that was new-fashioned and outstanding too. The location was excellent, just a short walk away from Victoria and Albert Museum. Also, the area was very quite. Everything met every demand, I would book again.

I was here for 7 days and would come here again. Planned to see London major attractions and it was handy base for visiting all of them. The staff were lovely and kind day and night. All in all, it was superb base for travelling to London. Microwave, fridges and kitchenware were in the apartment. Btw, their receptionist is top!
