Greatly enjoyed the studio suite with a comfortable bed, ample space, as for instance I was given. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Location: the hotel was really close to all London has to offer, Natural History Museum, and the two metro station.

The bed was poor, unfortunately.

the location is fantastic and right by larger supermarkets and south kensington and sloan square.

The bed was comfortable and room clean. Recently added a dishwasher, a refrigerator and an electric kettle where much appreciated during my christmas. Location: the hotel was just off several bus lines, larger supermarkets, and South Kensington and Sloan Square:)))

Possibly the best and enjoyable stay at christmas time. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Very attentive staff throughout. Lovely, handy location close to all attractions & underground. Based so close to Natural History Museum and South Kensington and Sloan Square.

The hotel was in a good location near local shops, and South Kensington. There were a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle in the room, loved that.

The staff was amicable on arrival and throughout the stay. I took an apartment with the bathroom and ample space plus a comfortable bed. A refrigerator, a kettle, and a toaster were very handy.

The hotel was in an incredible location just off all London has to offer, Natural History Museum and South Kensington. Chelsea district was worth visiting. We loved the local cuisine in the restaurant.
