In general the service was exceptional. We asked for studio suite and it was brilliant by the "butler ". The staff were incredible and super-friendly, gave us great tips.

Clean place with city views and really helpful and top-class staff. Magnificent and fantastic setting, just next door to Trafalgar Square as well as many buses.

The bedroom was brilliant and absolutely stunning. The bed was very comfy with down pillows. The location turned out to be marvellous and stunning, really close to very walkable for nightlife as well as London for business. I had a comfortable stay here and would come here again.

The room was magical by the "butler ", besides it had wake-up service, just in case. It was near a taxi in the middle of Pride as well as local bars, marvellous and exceptional location overall.

The staff there were outstandingly accommodating and superbly friendly. The location was exceptional and amazing, near to 2 other tube lines and easily accessible. Also, Victoria and Albert Museum was 4 km away.

The hotel had an exceptional and stunning location to Chinatown. Besides, it was short walk to the tube, local bars, and London for business. The apartment I was given was complete with a nice bed as well as the `` butler ''.

A bit unpleasant staff!

Marvellous and exceptional hotel's location, as it was right next to a subway station. Also, it was right next to bars and restaurants. The room was magical here by the "butler ". A coffee/tea maker and a kettle were all available.

Some people working there were a bit unpleasant.

I had a deluxe apartment and it was fabulous by the "butler ". This hotel was located in a very central area just off the theatres, the centre of London, and very walkable for nightlife. Besides, it was easy to get to Dominion Theatre.

The location was incredible and excellent, you can visit Dominion Theatre by walking. Moreover, it's right by 2 other tube lines and the centre. The room was big size and offered a shower, a hairdryer and dressing gowns, so that guests had essentials. The pillows and bed were extremely comfy, slept like a baby.

This place is cool and the staff are EXCEPTIONAL. The rooms are fabulous and brilliant by the "butler ", so that guests have essentials. I think that wake-up service available - its a plus. The location is magnificent, 2 km from St James's Park. It's just next door to the centre of London as well as London.
