Booked the hotel for its particularly good and stunning location next to many shops as well as a tube and agreat cafe on the corner for breakfast. My great-sized and freshly decorated room came with tea/coffee and wardrobes plus private bathroom.

The staff team was incredibly nice, the rooms were neat and freshly decorated and equipped with all the facilities, a mini-fridge plus microwave. We greatly enjoyed the café during the breakfast.

There was no lift which we expected, so were a little disappointed.

The location was marvellous and fantastic, we where close to a subway station.

The location was peaceful, close to restaurants and bars. Distance to the airport was just 20 km. The rooms were comfortable modern and air-conditioned with an absolutely amazing bathroom.

I truly enjoyed this hotel. The property was comfortable, nonetheless I stayed for 1 night only. The double room was fantastic, included a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and I had a private bathroom. The location was great and charming for first time visitors to London. A cool bonus was Montparnasse Cafe, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

The staff in general is very friendly and especially helpful. The location of the hotel is top, not far from the underground, Kensington high street shops, and the centre of Kensington. Furthermore, it is 5 km from the touristic places like Colnbrook West.

Totally really really nice stay for 8 nights. The double room with comfortable bed, fridge, a lovely shower. Great and lovely location for our visit to a famous museum not too far from the hotel. Close to a subway station, easy to travel around.

This hotel was cute, with excellent service and excellent location in a fantastic neighborhood. Very comfy bed, newly renovated bathroom and a coffee/tea maker, an iron, and a hair dryer in the room.

As for me, rooms were spotless and airy, they offered a microwave, coffee & tea making machines, and a refrigerator. The location was great for walking around Manchester Town Hall.

Exceptional and brilliant location, it was easy walk to an underground station. Also, it was relatively close to Baden-Powell House.

The stuff was welcoming at all levels. The venue was set in the central position so close to High St Kensington station as well as shops restaurants and underground. There was Joe & the Juice nearby to grab something to eat.

Hotel's location was quiet and top, really close to the underground. The staff was very amiable and especially helpful, my every need was addressed. The room was brand-new with a king size bed, the bed was comfortable.

Had a WONDERFUL stay for 8 nights. The location was brilliant and exceptional, within walking distance of Whole Foods Market. I loved that the hotel was walking distance to a subway station. Efficient and welcoming staff gave advice on things to do.

Well, it was a really great stay for 8 nights. The location was brilliant, within easy walking distance of a famous museum.

It had central location close to Richmond University. The staff was welcoming, they were always available.

Spent our time here lovely.

yashin sushi, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. air conditioner, a private safe and a work desk were provided. it was worth its 4 stars.
