Caring Hotel

Our room was comfortable quiet and newly renovated, with an iron and ironing board, and a kettle. The hotel was placed within 20 km of the airport.

Their staff were very rude.

Neat and compact units and welcoming staff with the receptionist and manager. Great location, close to a tube station if needed.

The location was absolutely perfect in the city center and the staff here was efficient. Plus, it was so close to Notting Hill, and the underground for the central/district.

The hotel was set in a central area adjacent to both Circle Line and Central Line, Close to 3 metro stations for three different lines, and Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. The best thing was how extremely helpful the staff were. Our double room was more than newly remodelled.

We had a great bedroom. The hotel has good location right by kensington Palace, Hyde Park and a Tube station, and bars. Also, we could easily reach Robert Dundas.

The staff are all pleasant and immensely pleasant. It offers good service. The fact that it has a very quick check in, that worked great for us. The location is marvellous and lovely, at a walking distance from a child-friendly memorial.

The location offered was marvellous really close to Hyde park, the underground and the buses' stations, Close to restaurants and a bus stop for buses for Oxford Street. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.

It was completely renovated, functional and with bathroom.

Flexible and absolutely excellent staff who were always there to help. The hotel was in an unbeatable location close to underground tube, Marble Arch In less than 30 minutes, and Hyde Park, Bayswater Road, and Paddington Station. Also, it was 2 km from Royal Mile.

The property was homely with courteous staff with the receptionist and manager, I truly enjoyed the stay. The location close to Kensington gardens was great and incredible. Plus, I could reach a green Flag park at a walking distance from the hotel.

An electric kettle, instant coffee, and a hair dryer in my triple room were useful during the stay for 2 nights. It had an exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. The location was great, for example, an expansive park was within a close distance from the hotel.

All the staff was super-friendly and amazingly kind and we had a very quick check in. The room was good sized, the location was marvellous very central. Moreover, it was 2 km from a Hyde park.

The hotel serves fabulous food. The location is marvellous and unbeatable, really close to restaurant, stores and subway station as well as buses going into central London - couldn't be better. Also, it is relatively close to Italian Gardens.

This very good budget hotel had nice views. The venue was in the central setting to an event in Hyde Park. What's more, it was close enough to several Underground and bus stations and Parks, Kensington. The food was great, had lots of options.

The breakfast was gorgeous and complete with good coffee and fruit, as for instance. The location was great and lovely for traveling around London, near to a bus stop and 2 different tube stations, bus stations, and the center of London.

Thoroughly enjoyed my absolutely amazing stay for 2 nights. The location was fab and marvellous, just next door to Hyde park and the tube, Stansted airport and English pubs, convenience stores and even a laundromat nearby. Besides, the hotel was 2 km away from Speakers' Corner.

The location was great - near markets as well as numerous train stations. Explored a retail road, that is located within a close distance from the hotel. Overall it was neat and compact for 4 level. Interior was convenient.

I had a lovely bagged breakfast. The location was great and lovely as it was nearby an underground station. Area around had plenty of choice for meals and drinks, bars and restaurants.

Very big bed in the double room, plus air conditioning and tea/coffee. An extremely nice area, perfect and incredible location short walk to buses for Oxford Street, and shops and underground stations as well as Hyde park. Easy walk to Bayswater.

Perfect little hotel, 20 km from London City airport.

Certainly a very positive experience for a city break in London. Very quick check in and in general nice service. Very central location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Paddington.

The location was convenient and really handy, and we could reach Bayswater by walking. It was about 20 km from the airport.

Everyone who works in the hotel is welcoming and exceptional. The service is terrific, includes easy parking. Great to have wake up calls and ironing free of charge. It has great and unbeatable location for visiting a royal residence.

They gave us en suite double room with a nice bathtub. The location was marvellous and stunning, just a pleasant stroll away from Queensway Tube. The area had plenty of bars and restaurants.

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in London. Appreciated this hotel, had 3 good days here. The rooms were huge, with private bathroom. The location of the venue was marvellous and decent - not too far from an expansive park. There were restaurants and bars with lots of food.

The staff was attentive and caring, some of them especially. Double room was bright and air-conditioned. I had the bagged breakfast with toast served.

Everything was perfect, including efficient staff at all times. They gave me double room with a nice bathroom and the single beds plus tea. The location was optimal, close to Italian Gardens.

The location was brilliant for walking around Bayswater. A park and a hill were close to the hotel. We booked triple room, it was compact.

Nice position along with FRIENDLY staff are the reasons we really enjoyed it. Queensway metro station is within 5 minutes walk.

The hotel was right by bayswater. Venue was so good. Marylebone district deserves your attention.
