Very convenient restaurant, neat room with a doorless-bathroom with shower curtain, single beds, hotel's photos.

Everything was lovely, had a peaceful stay for business trip. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. It was a very nice area, an ideal place for us.

Quick check-in and spotless room with bathroom, a nice view, a terrace. Breakfast with indifferent ingredients. Great and fab location in secure area, not far from the museums, and the rail network.

We had a very pleasant stay at this very good budget hotel. The breakfast was hot and adequate, had lots of food like coffee, toast, cereal, and fruit.

We appreciated rooms with a balcony. It had marvellous and fab location not far from pretty square that is accessible, subway / train station and underground and lots of bus routes. Westminster Borough district was worth exploring.

Marvellous and lovely location in Richmond just next door to the Paddington tube stop, handy for central London, and the tube and restaurants. Cheap, compact room with a nice view of the park in front, single beds pushed together, for example! Pleasant employees at reception desk.

Had excellent stay for short visit and the weather was particularly warm. Our room was compact and spotless, available with even a chair and thr window plus a terrace. The location was very central, incredible close to Paddington tube.

We expected there would be elevator, but didn't find it.

The property was clean, the room was tidy and cheap. Always polite team at reception desk. We appreciated rooms with wooden floors. The accommodation had a very central location comparatively close to the center.

I was travelling to Richmond for short stay. The room was well-organised and nicely refurbished with a terrace, and I appreciated it.

Only 5 minutes walk from London Paddington tube station. Brand-new room, very clean beds and upgraded bathroom. Lots of products for a warm and adequate breakfast.

I was happy with hotel's great and fab location to diffent attractions including hyde park. There were a balcony and luggage storage in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that.

The room was cheap and I had an adequate and very very good breakfast. The food was incredible, great.

The service offered was excellent, the room was beautifully decorated with 3 triple bed, bedside table and balcony & chairs. It was decorated in a bright style. The genuinely helpful and very hardworking staff members provided a few recommendations.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was not very good, and the bed was a little hard.

It was a decent base for a short stay, had very good time. We had the double room which was airy on the lower floors. The location was quiet and handy, close to Speke's Monument. Everything was simply perfect.

Had a very nice 7 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. Wake-up service, available in my twin room, was a nice bonus. Having shower facilities and a hair dryer was a bonus. The polite staff members at reception desk provided a few recommendations. The location was incredible, minutes from Paddington.

my double room was spotless with the terrace. the employees were amiable and gentle and kept it all impeccably clean. the location was marvellous, not too far from a hyde park. set minute walk from a subway station, which helped to explore richmond.

Had a such great time. The service at this small hotel was superb. Courteous staff, gave a lot of tourist information. The room was compact and individual with a terrace, and I slept very well. The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals. The incredible location was an easy walk to Paddington. It was located in a fairly nice area just off Hyde Park as well as sightseeing London, a fantastic base for me.

you got great value. we had goodies and coffee at mimos cafe bar, it was located only a short distance to the venue.

Within short walking distance to Sussex Arms, where you can have lunch. Hotel's really close to main attractions like royal albert hall. It was set within 10 minutes walk to the lancaster gate subway station❤❤
