The staff was amiable, with nice attitude.

We do recommend it. The hotel was located near London. The staff was amicable and responsive to what we asked for.

My family and I enjoyed being there. Unbeatable and marvellous location - walking distance to everywhere I needed. The restaurant was located within 200 metres.

Rooms were rather small.

The great-sized and outstanding room had all the necessary facilities, an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a microwave oven. The staff were very helpful from arrival to departure.

The people were friendly, will exceed the expectations. The room was good sized, outstanding with comfy bed.

Location: the hotel was near London. The room was outstanding, had essentials, like shower facilities, a hair dryer and bath sheets. City view was a good bonus...

The idea to include a microwave, an electric kettle and refrigerators in the double room was nice. Had shared bathroom with all essentials. It was a great location for us, short walk to London.

the location was marvellous for me. just a 15-minute walk away there was south quay tube station.

The hotel is budget with amicable staff and city views.

We had the twin/double room which was good sized.
