Such a really comfortable stay for 4 day vacation. Well-designed and new-fashioned hotel units with comfy bed and a free cell phone plus a lovely bathroom. Lots of options, freshly made food. Very central location and near an underground station.

Beautifully decorated hotel with dedicated staff who provided excellent customer service, everything was fantastic. Our location was excellent and good, minutes from a bus station. Plus, a historic fortress was within a 25-minute walk from the venue. They recommended a nice restaurant for breakfast.

Next to most sightseeings, the location is marvellous not far from Notting Hill, Westbourne Grove, tube stations and Paddington in particular. The stuff is very polite and pleasant and the English breakfast is particularly good.

The location was amazing and fantastic, just 5 minutes walk from a Kensington palace. It was located minutes from a bus station, it was very convenient. The staff were knowledgeable, took care of us during 2 days stay.

The hotel is gorgeous with accommodating staff on night shift. Near to a subway station, that's great location for me. The small restaurant for breakfast is a nice plus.

It was in a magnificent location with knowledgeable and dedicated staff. I found Leinster Arms offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

The restaurant was good for breakfast here, I had freshly cooked dishes. It had lovely views and a nice decor. Easy to get to a tube station, it was set minutes from the hotel.

The hotel was in the very central setting easy to access public transport. And it was also not far from shops, Hyde Park, Underground stations and bus stops as well as Near to two tube stations. Stayed in nice styled and modern room with comfy bed.

Truly enjoyed its good and ideal location right by two tube station and area with places to eat and Near to two tube stations. The staff was amiable, provided an easy check-in and a late check-out.

I had a triple room and it was pleasantly decorated in a different cupboard. Overall magnificent location for everything that I needed.

The location of the hotel was brilliant - not too far from England & Co. It was easy to find a tube station, located near the property. Exceptionally comfortable beds, we enjoyed it.

The staff was efficient and attentive, got me a taxi, and provided English breakfast before I left. The hotel had a premier location very close to Queensway Tube. Further, it was near shops, underground and Hyde Park.

The hotel was an ideal place for enjoying a pretty nice area, adjacent to Hyde park and subway station, different areas and the Marble Arch. The location was amazing, close to Whiteleys Retail Company. Plus there was a lake, within 10 minutes walk or so.

Central location was a plus. There were shops and chemist's around the hotel. The restaurant here was nice for breakfast, we both ordered freshly cooked dishes.

Good stay for one night. Perfectly clean hotel in a lovely building really close to many great restaurants and supermarkets and the theatre and central London and the underground Queensway. Breakfast with salami and toast, for example. Very central location in area that was easily accessible.

Got the same cosy double room with a pull out sofa booked online, enjoyed that. Could use a flat-screen TV, a coffee machine and a writing desk. We were in a stunning location relatively close to Paddington.

We had a comfortable and warm room. All the staff was friendly. Pleasant 3-star experience. Our hotel was adjacent to tourist sites such as hyde park;))
