The room I had was beautifully maintained specifically with a bath and the staff was very very helpful. Its location was magnificent and wonderful, so close to everything.

Excellent hotel, fairly clean, very amiable and incredibly polite staff. Beautifully maintained and compact rooms with an electric kettle, a personal safe, and central heating, etc. Neat, large bathroom. Magnificent location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Princes Street Gardens.

Standard single room was with a safe box, central heating, and an iron. Private bathroom was clean.

The rooms with excellent simple breakfast, a bath and toiletries, excellent staff on the reception desk. Great and amazing setting, so close to the oxford street, tube, shopping and attractions and Marylebone station.

The place was fairly clean and little, had absolutely excellent and responsible staff on the reception desk. My bed was comfy and the room was well-maintained in decoration. There were a safe box, central heating, and an iron.

Thoroughly enjoyed every detail about my perfectly pleasant 1 night stay here. It had amazing location, just off restaurants and shops, and shopping area. Westminster Borough district was worth visiting. The staff was really helpful and super friendly from my arrival up until I left.

It had all needed for shopping in London. The staff were efficient, directed me to the tourist sites in London. Absolutely perfect location close to a tube station, that was handy. The restaurant was relatively close to the hotel.

Its location is incredible and wonderful adjacent to Marble Arch and Oxford Street. The units are beautifully maintained and cheap in decoration.

The hotel's location was stunning, just off the Royal Albert Hall, a cafe, and the tube. Although some of the staff were extremely rude, I had a very pleasant stay. I was happy, the double room I booked came with bath, good facilities, for instance.

The airport was 20 km away from here, perfect location. The room with shower & separate wc. In general the staff were very amiable and absolutely excellent.

It made my trip to London a relaxing experience. Everything there were great, including great facilities. The hotel was in a wonderful location, right near tube station. The place was a super close walk to Green Valley, where you can have dinner.

I visited London for shopping and had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. They gave me beautifully maintained and compact room with shower, bedroom, as example. The location was excellent, relatively close to a Hyde park.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were extremely noisy.

The location is stunning, 2 km from West End. The place is in a quiet street and in a quiet area.
