I really enjoyed the fab location in a very good location with excellent transport links.

The location is great and they have parking on street. The staff is nice, courteous. The breakfast is great with fruit and cheese ham, for instance, had everything you could imagine.

It has particularly good location with bars and pubs very close to the place.

It was a really comfortable stay for a wedding, thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was particularly good and fab near to the tube.

This accommodation was in the central location close to train station.

The rooms are air conditioned and good modern with a marked bed sheet, a bath, extremely comfortable bed.

The positives include excellent and unbeatable location and parking on street.

I was pleased with new-fashioned room, which was complete with extremely comfortable bed and the bedroom. There were a couple of pleasant restaurants.

The stuff where competent, the room was well-equipped.

The setting is excellent and perfect, it's short walk to the cocktail bar, the railway station and restaurant and bar. They have a wide array of meals to choose from, the food is outstanding.

The staff were consistently courteous and very pleasant all of the time. The food in the bar was fine.

Fairly clean and fabulous place and the breakfast was great. This was my 2nd stay, they offered executive queen room with a bath.

We booked executive queen room with a bath and truly enjoyed it. The food was freshly made and the staff was extremely great. The setting was fab, very close to Hampton Court and other sights as well as restaurant and bar downstairs.

We ate at a magnificent restaurant with delicious food and cocktails. It was good modern and bathroom included a bathtub.

It has fab location in Kingston upon Thames as it's just off rail station, the restaurant and communal areas.

The bedroom was new-fashioned and contemporary. The location was great, next to railway and central Surbiton, in a domestic area.

Booked executive double room, that was provided with extremely comfortable bed, music plus the bar. The location was magnificent and ideal, just next door to local historic sites ie : Hampton Court and the other restaurants. The staff were very courteous and accommodating during my stay.

We stayed 1 night and it was a really comfortable fit. The staff was super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating and everything was good. They provided plenty of great choices for breakfast that was included in the price.

The airport was 20 km away from here, perfect and convenient location. We had lunch at nearby olive pizza, tried their fast food options.

The hotel was placed in the central location near to the tube. And it was also near to restaurant and bar downstairs, railway, and Surbiton train station which has good access into London.

Overall, it's excellent home base for exploring Kingston upon Thames attractions. The hotel rooms are well-equipped and reasonably priced with a marked bed sheet which was a surprise, music and extremely comfortable bed. There is variety of tasty food for breakfast. Every time in Kingston upon Thames, I choose this place.

Fabulous food, neat room with the bar, a bath and bedroom. Central location, ideal base for discovering Kingston upon Thames. Situated 5 mins walk from the bus stop.

Overall it was exceptionally nice with a bath. Greatly enjoyed simple decor, plus tea and coffee, and climate control were at a high level. The hotel had great location so close to shops, restaurant and station and restaurant and bar downstairs.

You guys made our stay excellent. It was a pleasant place to stay and explore Coronation Clock Tower, located 200 metres away from the hotel. The meals in the bar were splendid! The staff was polite, provided a quick check-in and a flexible check-out. We appreciated the location that was central and near a taxi to Sandown racecourse, and central London.

The restaurant was magnificent with DELICIOUS food and cocktails, we ordered delicious dishes. Central location was a plus. Besides, the area was very very nice, next to Coronation Clock Tower.

The executive king room I was given was complete with music, the bar and extremely comfortable bed. The decor was modern.

The units are spotless with a bath. There is parking nearby.

The hotel was in front of a train station. The Coronation Hall, where you can eat, is an easy walk to the venue.

For us it was ideal.
