All good — we truly enjoyed this old-fashioned hotel — the food was brilliant and the staff were genuinely helpful and professional. The location was central, near to Covent Garden, Leicester Square and London from : a block from the must-see British Museum. There was Alen's Fish & Chips nearby, offering quick meals.

It was short walk to Holborn tube station and theatre, handy location overall. Places like a house museum were a 10-15 minute walking distance from from here too.

A little small room; there was no lift, I was a little disappointed.

The location was incredible and handy, for example, Bt Tower was not too far from the hotel. And I was walk from a museum and a cathedral.

The stay here was just perfect on vacation. The location was marvellous and fab, a minute walk from a gay nightclub. It took us 20 minutes' walk to reach downtown, and the staff were hospitable.
The staff we met were chatty.
