The Castle Bar

Thank you for a very nice stay. This small hotel is newly remodelled with welcoming staff. The property has great location in terms of train connections. The units were immaculately clean on carpet etc.

It was a perfect stay on a weekend. It was in a perfect and decent location to Trafalgar Square.

I liked this hotel, it was newly remodelled with excellent wi-fi. The room was lovely and well-appointed when I arrived. The bed was very clean, great night sleep. I had a good time.

The location was marvellous and incredible, next to Islington as well as London for the Coldplay concert. The room was immaculately clean and cheap, provided us with tea bags and 2 single beds plus shared bathrooms.

I had tasty food for breakfast by Fried hot dog sausage. All of the staff were helpful, caring. Its location near Caledonian Park Tower was particularly good and perfect. The hotel was in a residential area.

Disappointing aspect was nasty bathroom.

The location was perfect and decent for traveling around London, not far from the castle bar and the Caledonian Road tube station, and several bus station. It also was close to all major transport routes: )

The food was savoury with a wide range of choice! The stuff was attentive from my arrival up until I left. The location in a safe area was perfect and excellant and there were a market and shops nearby.

Had really really nice stay overall, recently refurbished place and the weather was lovely. The staff were all helpful, flexible.

Fantastic magnificent location, close to center. For shots visit Big Red, nestled within 15 minutes' walk of the hotel.

We liked this place. Its location in London was great and incredible, just next door to The Castle for fear of waking people up, public transport, and Finsbury park. Also, it was 3 km from Highbury Stadium.

Caring and attentive staff and straightforward accommodation. Neat & budget rooms with the bathroom, a double bed, as for instance. The breakfast by Fried hot dog sausage. Magnificent location, a short walk to everywhere. Near a bus stop, easy to travel around.

The hotel provided fair prices. Enjoyed the place, had a fairly nice stay on a weekend. A lot of food for breakfast, which was outstanding to satisfy everyone. Its location was great and fantastic, in terms of train connections. Besides, it was right by the pub and the Emirates stadium, and the tube.

It was short walk to public transport, King's cross St Pancras underground station and all major transport routes, great location overall. There was lots of food for breakfast, it was savoury.

The total stay was just perfect for Arsenal match or stadium visit. Location: the hotel was right by garden and London. Popped in Big Red for shots before sleep, it was at a walking distance from the venue. They had a simple check-in.

Overall it was an enjoyable stay on a weekend. I slept so comfy in the comfortable bed. Everything was really good, even so a few employees were exceptionally busy. Could use their free parking. I enjoyed it, have never been in a better hotel.

It is a relaxing property located in Islington district near to Buses and the Tube, several bus station and the centre of London. Excellent and very friendly staff as one would expect. The rooms here are large and decent sized with the twin single beds. The location is unbeatable and incredible, close to all major transport routes.

Our room with the twin single beds was neat and warm with exceptionally comfortable beds. Marvellous and handy location - a short walk to everywhere we needed. Appreciated food selection, meals were TASTY and they have lots of options.

Nice to have an outside terrace. The restaurant was located within 400 metres. We were surprised by the garden too. You got good value...

It deserves its 2 stars. The restaurant was good for breakfasts.
